Kamala Harris is actually the one with much more experience, Trump is the one with no experience. Harris was district attorney, Attorney General for the state of California, Senator and vice president where she served as President of the Senate breaking ties in the 50/50 Senate. Trump had no government experience, federal or state when he took office. He did not know how things work in government and he didn't care to learn how to work with anybody. So basically Trump has not learned about governing and has not learned how to be an effective president.
I don't see her being anything close to effective as president. She was horrible in all her governmental posts. As VP she was assigned to the border crisis and refused to do anything except sit around and hyena laugh the whole day.
