New Balance 991 V2 "Yellow (Orange)" (Brights Revival): Review & On-Feet

New Balance recently launched the Brights Revival pack of the 991 V2 silhouette - dropping two vibrant, bold colourways of their newest Made in England model. The pair I'm reviewing today is the "Yellow", aka "Orange" colourway, which is crafted in a faded orange tone in a mix of pig suede, mesh and synthetic layers. Thanks for commenting on the way it was discolored. My stone island pair came cooked because they weren’t wrapped correctly. Had a bald spot on the front right toe box. I get angry every time I look at them, especially because of the price

Does NB say the overlays are synthetic nubuck? I couldn’t find a clear source when I had a quick look. Honestly hoping it’s real but you’re probably right

they don’t explicitly say synthetic nubuck but they do say synthetic panels. If you look at the sides of the panels they’re 100% not legit leather
