After lot of itirations or calculations when the goal is achieved or results is converged with the minimization of local residuals one final result is obtained. e.g. In FEA we are trying to achieve a result which is close to actual result. If you mesh your model with different sizes final FEA results will vary. You can go on meshing agaian and again and see the results with varying results. When there is is no change in results with further change in mesh size or discretization then result is converged
There may be lot of reasons. First one is dirty CAD geometry needs to be improved. There may be lot of errors like intersecting solids, topology erro and a lot. This can be rectified after saving this in step file that can be imported in ANSYS spaceclaim and from there all those errors can be rectified. Simplest option is to convert the assembly into a simple part with sldprt extension. Then all problems will be solved. You can simulate easily.
Very informative.
Love to watch this video very much
Best CFD Analysis video
Very interesting sir
Thanks for sharing
Thank you sir.
Amazing work.
so good , thanks
How did you create the flow trajectory inside the pipes? i am not able get those trajectories inside the pipe
In that case you have to select all the inlet locations
@@CFD_GUIDE I did but it's only showing the small section not the whole flow? Can I send you my part to check?
Please let me know
You can check the dynamics of the flow particles separately. In that case select individual locations or entry points and see.
Sir can you please tell me what is "iteration" and what is the need of "iteration" in flow simulation.
Set of results for convergence criteria
@@CFD_GUIDE But sir in report I will only get single value. Please explain this confusion

@@CFD_GUIDE Thank you sir for the explanation. It would definitely clear my confusion and enhance my knowledge. Once again thank you..!
Thank you,It would be great if you can also share the part file drawing.
in my design heat exchanger complete fluid volume is not generted, is there any reason behind that

@@CFD_GUIDE ok
this is a different model than the one you created in previous video?
I have made at least 10 nos of Heat exchanger models.
@@CFD_GUIDE I see, thanks for your response and videos
Sir can you send me part geometry of this model
Send me your email address
thank u ,It would be great if you can also share the part file drawings
Please send your email address. I will send the part drawing
@@CFD_GUIDE i appreciate that it's, souidi389@gmail.com
Sent the file
Thanks sir
Always welcome.....
hi could you send the files it would be very helpful
