These cookies came out great, so soft and chewy in the middle and crisp at rhe edges, only thing though is I found them too sweet, even after reducing 1 tbsp sugar on my second try. Will try them again with only 3 tbsp sugar total next time.
Made these today and boy did they hit the spot! Quick question: can unbaked dough balls be frozen for later? Thanks again for another perfectly portioned recipe.
These were delicious 😋😋😋😋 I had them with my plain black coffee and it went so well together. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us!!! God bless you 🤗🙌🏾
Made the cookies...made a half batch of your small batch and created two largeish cookies - they were yummy! I'm curious, what is the cornstarch for? I've never encountered it in a chocolate chip cookie recipe before.
@graceruiz8949, not sure what happened. Try again. Definitely do not use baking powder. Maybe try putting them in the fridge for a few minutes before putting them in the oven.

I’d recommend using 1 cup of flour instead of 1 and a half. It makes flatter and make it look more appetizing.
It says half of a cup of flour
Welcome back 🎉🎉
thanks

Can i substitute corn starch with tapioca starch
what does the cornstarch do?
Bake at what temp? I didn’t find it
Did i miss it? Did you say what the oven temperature is?
You did not miss it. We missed it. 😊 The cookies bake in an oven set to 350°F (177°C).
Can I turn these into gluten free with a gluten free flour?
Yes, using a 1-for-1 gluten free flour (I use Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour) should work just fine.
I tried this easy recipe 3x they are all flat idk why I followed recipe exactly same any suggestions
I had the same issue. I'm wondering if she meant to say baking POWDER instead of baking SODA
