With the exception of a few great moments, it feels the writing for Miguel went downhill after the S2 finale. Miguel was easily one of my favorite characters, too.
I think his character was done better in seasons 3 and 5 than it was in s2 honestly. The climatic s2 finale was good but too much of the season was spent feeling sorry for himself about Sam, the romance with Tory was rushed and underdeveloped.
Hell nah , yall just here to see fights , Miguel had one if not the best arc in season 3 and S4 challenging his personal problems instead of Sam and his rivalry with Robby was awesome yall just want him to randomly start fighting ppl to say he solos that’s why yall d ride Hawk bc that’s literally all he did in S3 the season yall say he peaked he was just starting shit for no reason 😂. That’s why when he wins the Sekai taikai that shit is gonna feel rewarding ash bc that’s what they’ve been building up and I already know how that shit is gonna end , mark my words . Miguel is gonna win by doing the kick he failed at the all valley . The new age karate kid winning with another Iconic Kick bringing full circle . Bc unlike ppl who say Robby is gonna win , it will just be poor writing Robby making to 3 finals in a row when he’s not even portrayed as the best fighter in the dojo
@@Anonymous-bm6mv I'm glad you put it this way bc this is exactly what I be trying to tell ppl. Some people keep saying robby might win Sekai taikai bc miguel and hawk is already champions and he isn't but there's only 1 person that should end this whole series and that's Miguel 100%. He is the best fighter and Sam basically said that to him in the new trailer. Plus you also see miguel doing another kick on robby so season 6 is going to be miguel's prime and also gonna win Sekai taikai as well. Plus miguel is going to learn more styles since he's training more with jhonny, daniel, chozen, and even mike barns. Miguel is going to be OP this season.
It's crazy bc Miguel wasn't nerfed just bc Terry came up with one quick lil scheme to put him down, Dang near the Whole Season took subtle pokes and stabs at Miguels mental up, even during the tournament.

Miguel wasn’t nerfed physically as there’s proof to support he wasn’t. However he also wasn’t nerfed mentally as there isn’t any evidence to prove he was, there’s more evidence to prove he wasn’t. You could argue AF Miguel got an amp so that separates him from his tournament self. its sort of unexplainable to why he got injured if he stated that his back was in supposedly ''better shape than ever'' thats why statements are not very reliable in my opinion when it comes to cobra kai verse

No? That was just a Miguel that had gotten over his issues from Season 4. And was just as motivated as he used to be, he was just brought back to his base.

if he got training between the two seasons it doesnt matter bc he was still the best during s4

People just didnt like season 4 miguel because he "wasnt in his prime" and lost in the all valley.
I loved season 4 Miguel!!!
He didn't lose he was injured
@@Luis_edits8502not that much he only pulled a muscle
@@NerfCKLegacy Exactly he could've kept going but he just didn't want to.
@Multiverse_edits8502 True but he still decided to forfeit. Also he already got folded by robby during the prom fight.
I really liked his relationship with Daniel in s4. Johnny separated the two from each other and I still resent him for that. (among other reasons)
I could see where Johnny was coming from but at the same time, I agree Johnny was kinda an Opp in season 4, but he definitely had his good moments!

He didn’t really he just had adrenaline which everyone gets in a fight.
No resolve amp was there

Yeah people call me stupid because i said miguel was stronger then robby season 4 because he never train because the dojo was clossed
