This tale is based on the bad timeline ending where Ganon wins, right? Ordinarily, that leads to the events of the first-published couple of games, assuming the timeline is anything to go by. I find it eerie that it's both linear and this game's adventurer becomes an opportunistic profiteer through a maleficent influence--his own fairy companion. Good-looking game, though!
If Link lost to Ganon in Ocarina of Time, it would make more sense to just lead to the events of the Wind Waker sooner. But I'll digress, I know how the fanboys would get if they saw me going against their favorite fanon theories.
Here's how I think each Rom Hack fits in the Timeline. The Missing Link: Between Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Nimpize Adventure: A Story told by Tatl during Link's adventure in Termina. Master of Time: After the Events of Majora's Mask. The Sealed Palace: Alternate Universe from Ocarina of Time. Zelda Revival: After the "Bad Ending" of Majora's Mask, where the Moon falls on the World, destroying nearly everything. Pumkin Tower: After the "Good Ending" of Majora's Mask, where Link saves Termina. Indigo: After Majora's Mask (as Tael is traveling with Link in this Adventure), and maybe Master of Time (implied by the Jabu Milk you can get at the Milk Bar). Time Lost: After the "Good Ending" of Master of Time. Shadows of Eldoria: Takes place during the events of Master of Time, where Abello is cast in eternal Day, while Eldoria is cursed with Eternal Night. Sands of Time: After the "Bad Ending" of Master of Time. It's implied through someone in the Monster Museum after seeing a Painting of the Master of Time Logo in said Museum, saying that someone was hanged, like in Master of Time's "Bad Ending". Almost everything else is either just a Reskinned Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask Mod, or just a Short Story that has almost no relevance, whatsoever (cough-Zelda's Birthday-cough-Dawn & Dusk-cough- Fate of the Bombiwa-cough-Escape Room Contest Mods-cough-Horror Themed Contest Entries-cough). I also won't be talking about Unfinished/Cancelled Mods either. So no talking about Dark Hyrule Fantasy, Angtherum, Project Izou, or 3rd Quest, until further notice.
@@yazmenakamura6750 I think there is no time line. Nintendo only created one after pressure and often revised it. It clearly is a post-hoc thing they don't think about during development of the game. Just some games are connected. In the cultures influenced by the dharmic religions (Buddhism in this case), there is the concept of certain events happen again and again through reincarnation and cyclical views of time over very long periods as they believed that humanity has existed for extremely long periods already. I see the Zelda stories as akin to this.
This is easily one of the best Ocarina of Time based Rom Hacks ever made, at least in my opinion. I know a few Zelda Rom Hacks and this one should be on every Ocarina of Time Fan List. Your missing out on Sealed Palace and Indigo Part 1 and 2. I’ve played through Master of Time, and I can tell you with certainty Sealed Palace and Indigo blow that hack out of the water and are far more polished and way better overall. Highly recommend you play them
