Adding a Center Pontoon - Tritoon Conversion

We're taking this 18' pontoon boat and turning it into a tritoon. When installing a 2/3 length center pontoon it's often called a "sport toon" as opposed to a full length center pontoon with an integrated transom. The main goal here is to add buoyancy to the bow of the boat for when it's loaded down with people and gear.
