I quite enjoyed that video. It make me really want a proper anvil. That twist is gorgeous and even. Your hammer technique is excellent. I've been doing this on and off for about a year now and it is fun to see people with experience working. Thanks for posting!

@@RadwynForge I would love to see how to make a horse head on the end of a bottle opener or something like that. I have been struggling with the shape for a few attempts. Or possibly a ram's head.
I've never done a horse head, but let me play around with it and if I get it right I'll make a video showing the steps and probably the areas where it is easy to make mistakes

Is that just mild steel?
Yes, cheap and easy to work with. A letter opener doesn't need to hold a sharp edge, so mild steel works great.
