I haven't seen anything on it yet, but are you able to assign a customer PO to a project? In the sales invoice you can enter it in External Reference No. but I'd like to have that assigned at the job level and brought onto the invoice like other dimensions.
For that we generally just add a custom field to the header of the Job and ensure that it carries onto the Invoice form automatically. A relatively easy customization.

Is it possible to link a Job to a Sales Order or Quote?
Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible because typically the Job will initiate the Sales Invoice from there.
