I have a question if it keeps asking me to reset it over and over again and won't let me get to the point where it asks me for my language and whatnot what do I do now I keep hitting factory reset over and over and it never lets me get to my original startup

This is my 2nd Alcatel joy 2 tablet and it sucks I have to keep resetting it. I'm not trying to lose anything so I reset it but not factory and it will only work for a few pics & videos and back to resetting it again.🤦🏽‍♀️

I tried this method the only thing is the last step mines says no and yes on android recovery wipe all user data and I hit yes but when It start fresh by select language and etc . But I still had to put my old pin and I don’t remember my google account and I have a news cell phone number and I can’t recover anything
