Dapat tangalin na yang THREAT ASSESSMENT sa pagkuha ng PTCFOR. Dyan papasok ang PALAKASAN or worse mga LAGAY-LAGAY. Basta meron VALID LTOPF, FA REG dapat puwede na kumuha ng PTCFOR.

@@dongcarlo-xe2ql pwede naman sir pero pagawa ka ng affidavit of loss at ask u na rin sa feo at ptcfor sec office para sure .Kung sa akin nangyari yan i think pwede naman photocopy with notarized affidavit of loss

Depende siguro sa pnp office na kukunan.You need to have a letter request for them to asses that your life is in danger .Sad to say medyo mahirap kumuha ng ta
