Hey everyone , I promise to write back to all who comment as I always do . Might take a while as I’m working all weekend but I definitely will! Thank you all for watching!
I loved Nirvana since they first came out...before they became super big. My brother was living in southern California at the time, and the underground punk scene was big.. like social distortion and mudhoney were his favorites. He said that they are going to be big one day, just wait. Favorite band of all time. Thank you for making this video. My heart aches just seeing his legacy there in the museum and knowing what more could have been.
Your exactly right by the way noone can be depressed in your awesome 80's room just sayin its my entire childhood on steroids wrapped up into one room with a bow absolutely love it
So I'm very late to your channel, but as a huge nirvana fan I'm freaking out watching this!! Even though he is gone I give kurt credit for me kicking my heroin addiction!! I've listened to them my whole life and getting back into listening to them it literally saved my life. Thank you for this video. You do great work!!!
@@SCOTTONTAPE NO problem your videos are very chill and cool and Thanks man I appreciate it and thumbs up to You Scott your videos are the sh1t 100.. peace..
my first concert was Hendrix. he played with his teeth and fire. never forget it. to me Nirvana was the 90's. his suicide was a shock but his Rome trip was telling. Thank you Scott for taking us on your seattle trip and to the many places we can only get to see through you.
Fantastic video Scott. I'm a huge Nirvana fan. Thank you so much. Much love from Calgary Alberta I love your videos. The Matt Shepard, River Phoenix, all the Eminem videos and PROOF tribute video are a few of My favourites. Proof passed away on my birthday. The Detroit grave sites was beautiful and touching as well. Thank you Scott.

So glad to see this, I visited here back in like 2000, they had the guitar that Jimi set on fire there as well as his diary that you could page through, such a good experience, I need to visit it again. Thank you for your videos, I quite enjoy them good sir!! :- )}}

Very cool exhibit. I didn't visit it during my last trip but I did get to see the infamous bench by his last home which was definitely the highlight of my trip.
What a great video, Scott!! Whew, I was feeling all kinds of emotion and practically in tears so I can imagine how you felt being there knowing how much you love Nirvana and dear Kurdt!! Seeing Jimi's jacket shirt was cool, Bonham's drums. (wished I got a little better glance at Stevie Ray Vaughan's guitar as I am a huge fan). Then I remembered where you hope to travel to next and you can't hardly miss SRV there especially in Austin. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the statue of Chris Cornell and how it looks and that has nothing to do w/your video so I'm just throwing it in there. All those old pictures, notes, luggage, etc. I would definitely love to go there some day.
Ya I kinda rushed through some of the exhibits and I’m angry about it just. I missed the Star Wars /sci-fi exhibit and Star Wars is everything to me !! That’s right tho I’m hoping to make it to Texas so SRV should be included...doncha think? And the statue really doesn’t look too much like Chris no, but it’s quite striking in person . I didn’t think much when I saw the title of this video Scotty but Wow when I watched it I loved it. It was so cool to see all the guitars and paraphernalia of all the legends who still rule in these times. You know your stuff for sure and your explanation helped to understand a lot more. When I saw the TWA Airline bag it reminded me of the Airline bags of Pan Am, Swissair and a few others that my Uncle, ( who had a top job in Air India) used to bring home for us. It used to be a prized possession for us because flying anywhere was out of the question for us in those times. Thanks Scotty. More Star Wars stuff would have been great but I am sure it will happen whenever possible for you. Take care. Lots of love from all of us. ❤️✌🏼🤗💕😏
I can’t believe I missed the Star Wars exhibit !! I was so pressed for time that day and as such a big fan of the series I’m STILL pissed at myself arghhhhhh. Looks like I’ll have to go back at some point! Sorry we didn’t get to talk too much on the live chat but it goes so fast all the comments it’s getting harder keeping up! But knowing your watching or tuning in for a bit means a lot to me as I love the support you and your family have shown me. Give my love to Sean, Jesse, and everyone and if you ever find one of those retro twa bags, don’t put it on eBay ! Treasure it!
So many of the fantastic singers take their own life and it's such a sad waste of talent but it makes you realise that fame isn't everything and obviously it hides a lot of unhappiness, R.I.P Kirk, Chris , Chester and many more that felt they couldn't go on , this world is a sadder place without you all , much respect for you all I hope you found the peace you were needing 🙏

I remember going there with my dad when i was like 8 and was bored when he stopped to look at the jimi hendrix and nirvana stuff, boy was I a dumb kid!
It was too tough for me to make it through your video when you start off by shiting on the space needle. The most iconic structure we have in town here, and probably the whole NW, that you guys saw, and decided to rip off 15 years after the Needle went up. The museum you have up there must be cute as well with the small hand full of great artists and bands to come from Canada; Neil, Joni, Gordon, Rush, the Guess Who, Arcade Fire, the Band, and...?
Steve Swanson dude I was obviously kidding and I mentioned how much I love Seattle. I featured the space needle in another video where I poked fun at its size as well. And I mention how gorgeous it is especially at night. Sorry you were offended. Seattle is one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. And Canada also brought you Nickleback. You’re welcome 😉
Cool seeing so many artists' guitars and stuff. I don't feel Nirvana's music aged very well listening to it now, but cool to see those relics too nonetheless. Great job, Scott!
I don’t think you should get copyrighted if it’s background noise. Doesn’t seem fair. Not like you dubbed it in without asking the artist. Someone paid for the rights so people could hear that in the museum and you’re just filming there

Scott does, I think. I go back and forth myself. 🤔
He did
I go back and forth myself on that subject as many ppl do.
@Kirsten Phillips he was definitely murdered
It was too tough for me to make it through your video when you start off by shiting on the space needle. The most iconic structure we have in town here, and probably the whole NW, that you guys saw, and decided to rip off 15 years after the Needle went up. The museum you have up there must be cute as well with the small hand full of great artists and bands to come from Canada; Neil, Joni, Gordon, Rush, the Guess Who, Arcade Fire, the Band, and...?
Steve Swanson Bieber? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Scotty Too Hotty. Great stuff!
People mingling in a museum. Ahhh the days before Covid...
Love Chris Cornell. Does this place have PRINCE? 💜. I’d love to see it
I second that
Спасибо за отличное видео. Сам побывать наверное там никогда не смогу. Но увидел многое благодаря тебе.
Cool seeing so many artists' guitars and stuff. I don't feel Nirvana's music aged very well listening to it now, but cool to see those relics too nonetheless. Great job, Scott!
Scott if you go back will you go through the Pearl Jam section as well, I would love to see that
Really neat video. All I have to say though is Argo's suck. lol
Joking aside, this is a neat video. Hope you make more like this.
I don’t think you should get copyrighted if it’s background noise. Doesn’t seem fair. Not like you dubbed it in without asking the artist. Someone paid for the rights so people could hear that in the museum and you’re just filming there
Ya it had music in every room but only the Jimi room got the copyright strike . So odd. Thank you for watching !
Wow i wanna go
