To those who are suffering from body dysmorphia or any form of eating disorder, wondering if you are alone and whether you could ever recover... YES U CAN.
Take baby steps and you will get there.

You are one very beautiful and special lady. You know what is important and meaningful.
As a result, it doesn't matter if you are 40kg or 60kg, whether you are 5ft 2 or 5ft 10, big up front or out back. Makeup doesn't make you pretty. Being the honest, sincere, happy, peaceful, loving, and caring person that you are is what forms your life and your existence. How you project those attributes to those around you creates the foundation for life long relationships. And it is our relationships with those around us that guides us along our path through life.
