Ay Grabe, KURT! Our hearts almost dropped when you said that your blood pressure was 176/101 mmHg, but it was such a relief that you went to see your doctor for follow-up. Please take good care of your health. And just in case you have some health or medical related questions, please don’t hesitate to ask, we’ll be more than happy to respond, after all we’re just one message away. You’ve got twin nurses here. Stay happy and healthy! Your avid twin viewers from Illinois, Josephine & Jocelyn
Simple way to lower blood pressure complete avoid salty food and fast every other day and just drink water. you'll be surprised. On the day your fasting you can drink water. But down a Gallon of water. that's too much
@@tagalogkurt, we’re from the suburb of Chicago, 45-minute drive to Downtown. I work as a Critical Care Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit and Jocelyn works in Neurology/Telemetry Unit. We hope, we could cross paths when you visit Chicago. Kita-kits for the “Meet and Greet” in the future!
I'm Samoan living in Provo, but i served my mission in Quezon City Philippines. I was so happy when MMK opened. I've been waiting for a Filipino restaurant to open in Provo for the longest😂 leeeesko!

Kuya Kurt dahan dahan po sa pagkain ng Filipino dishes specially oily foods & salty ones. Yes they are delicious but on a typical Filipino household we eat 1 meat dish a day & the remaing its either composed of fish or vegetable. That meat dish can be from breakfast, lunch or diner. Ofcourse cheat day is when you have multiple meat dish plus meryenda 😊😊

one thing about Filipino food is.. unlike American food and example for instance since Kurt mentioned about the Menudo is like American stew.. which is also good... but I can't eat it everyday like I would with Menudo and other Pinoy food dishes .. why because the ingredients and spice is very enticing on the taste! Nice.. you'll be on on show in Phil.. I'll be waiting for that!
It's true... Even if I eat a stew here in America I now think to myself "This would be so much better with a nice plate of rice to go with it" 😋 it seems like a waste just eating stew by itself haha
