kangal dogs are ultimate livestock guardians..malaklı dogs can also herd but they could lack of endurance because of their physics/weight difference - they are like kangals on steroid :) -. .kangals and akbaş dogs are superior when it comes to herd all day every day .. aksaray malaklı dogs ar better at field and personal protection (factory,ranch,household etc) they ar also used as war dogs back in the ancient times.

I hate when anyone just comes up to my dog and starts to manhandle my dog or touching my dog. I have to ask them, did you ask permission to touch my dog? Then they get irate as if they have the right. Stupid people. I don't mind if they ask but i cant allow if they don't ask. Dogs are property and are not people's toys. I have a boerboel and have been socializing him since seven weeks but i don't appreciate it when strangers without asking start to touch my dog.
