FYI: You can use a pestle and mortar on any of the three weapon upgrade pieces for extra shards :D Get tier 2 armour and 2 perfected weapons with 1-1:30 minutes left on preparation timer every time! :O

I've done ~500 out of my 850 kc like this :p The resources can be annoying but the mini bosses always spawn in the rooms I showed. A lot of people have had success with this guide
@@fluffeh8814 well yes, it's made mine more consistent and helped me as well. That being said, what miniboss spawns there is random. I overwhelmingly get the bears for example, so I need to dungeon crawl for an extra minute usually at least to find the dark beast and the dragon.

After the first view, I got my first kc. Thank you for the awesome video! Great method. Once you have the mechanics down in the regular gauntlet, this makes CG a walk in the park.
Tip: You can grind the tier 3 weapon pieces down with pestle and mortar for 80 shards. So if you have to kill 3 demibosses to get the 2 perfected weapons you prefer, grind that extra piece down :D
Always was dead against t2 on a main but I recently made a iron with base 80s and the kills just aren’t consistent so using your guide helped me learn the t2 prep

This is great! I could usually barely get enough food each prep time and sometimes even fail the prep. I would fish immediately if i encountered it and cook and drop it on full inv, to then pick it up at the end. Getting only food on your last trip with an extra tele is amazing, no time wasted with dropping and picking up food :)

Can confirm! Every other CG guide didn't help me, but this took me four runs in normal mode to get down and then I got CG on my first try even after I ran out of food and pots! Thanks a bunch!!!

I know this is 2 years old, but I wanted to add a possible 10sec to peoples time: if you have 4 fish pools in the starting circle rooms, use your tele crystal after killing the last demi boss.
I tried doing cg on my 85 str-range-mag 75 att-def ironman and it went pretty bad, after 35 tries i had 3 kills but just couldnt get the prep down which left me without t2 armour, without enough food, or with the hunleff in the center. After this guide i managed to do two full preps within the time and get two extra kc, so thanks a lot for this really helpfull guide, let the road to the bofa begin:p
Nice guide, I got confused about the quantity of ressources, but tried like 5 times, failed to get food in time, had problems jugglin the materials, but then I went back to t1 armour and got like 4 more kills, because preparing t1 is not such a rush anymore compared with t2...
Hey, thanks for the guide. Only have 1 question, with the route for getting the 2 weapon upgrades do the demi bosses only spawn at the selected spots of the map which you showed? Sometimes I cant find the bosses in time and I walk all the way around. I dont follow your path yet.
They only spawn along the edge of the map but NOT in the corner rooms and the rooms right next to the corner rooms. So only the middle 3 rooms on the edge of each side. That's why I skip the corners
MATE thanks to your vid and some practise it's clicked, The fight is majority controling your nerves during phase 3 then it is pretty simple and that just takes practise. I'm getting more kills than deaths now so I'm catching up to my death count (128) and I got the pet at 65 kc. I don't know if I should be mad or not haha, would rather gotten the enhanced weapon seed.
Same here like the other comments, was getting boss under 100hp over and over and just dying with t1 armor, practiced a few t2 armor runs on normal then went cg and got it first try with food left over. Have like base 85 stats / 95 strength.
What do we do if there are no NPC's in the first trip, or only 1/2 NPCs and a weapon frame is not dropped? I've run into this issue several times now and just end up leaving because I otherwise waste time looking for that first weapon frame.
Wow I didn't realise how much time I was killing just doing random shit. I followed your guide to the letter and it worked perfectly and I got my KC. For the most part I can get kills now which is nice, I just sometimes get a little unlucky on food or I screw up and get stacked by tornadoes but this guide was still awesome. Thanks so much.
Can someone help? I'm not very good, and even with this guide I'm struggling to find all resources in time. The guide says 3 of one resource on the first trip, but I feel the second trip then takes far too long and I run out of inventory space
If you drop the right amount of items in the first one you'll have exactly the right amount of inv space you need for your second trip. You can't loot any fish until your third trip though
Going to try this.. I've tried doing T1, but the prep time is the same as T2 coz I haven't perfected it yet, plus I still can't kill hunllef even with 24 fishes :(
Practice your min/maxing like moving to the next room as you're killing things/prayer flicking/prioritizing resources closest to the door you're going to open next/remembering where the closest fishing spots are/and all the little time saves. It's hard content that requires a lot of effort to remove some of that rng
How come you drop 3 resources after the first round, and not all that were brought back? Also wondering why you grab more than 7 of each when thats the max you need for the full t2 set. Is it just for more shards? Thank you for the video
I only gathered 7 of each resource in this video :o The reason I drop 3, is that that's all you need to drop to fit everything in your inv on your second venture out, excluding fish. It makes keeping track of your resources consistent from run to run. Rather than dropping 6 on one run and 3 on another. Avoids confusion for me personally
The full set reduces damage from everything in the room except floor tiles :p You can survive a hit from all 4 tornadoes for example. You use like 50%+ less food and eat less often which means more dps :O

I’ve completed the regular gauntlet over 100 times no problem, only have one win on the corrupt. I can’t ever get tier 2 armor, tier 3 weapons and enough food. Shit has me wanting to smash my laptop into pieces I hate it so fucking much.

I've come to the conclusion that I need better stats for this shit...I can have full t2 armor, full inv of food not take any dmg from boss off prayer, not take any tornado or floor dmg and still only get him down to 100 hp before running out of food...
You can kill any 3 demi bosses and always get the two weapon pieces you want. If you already have a staff and hally piece, you're guaranteed to get the bowstring, no matter which boss you kill, for example.

When I started the gauntlet I matched with complex guides that took 10-20min. This turbo chad finished the whole guide before the vid was even over

Practically guaranteed. You can open every room that demi bosses can possibly be in if you don't make any mistakes :)

Honestly grabbing fish first so you can use the shards for your armour isn't a bad idea if you get a bunch of ponds close to ur start like in here.
How can I get the pools outlined in white? I don't want anything but that, and I can't find it in the plugin hub.
Unfortunately you have to highlight each pool individually with the object highlighter plugin. There's about 200 pools that can spawn
theres an all in one gauntlet plugin that highlights every resource on runelite
