Yes you got it right. As per him it was on higher side by price point and 7 seater which is not that needed for the regular use.(Which indeed cost more when we consider mileage and maintenance)
XUVs ADAS is quite impressive.

I think he should have gone with XUV700 ax7, I have seen both of these cars and XUv700 could have been better deal.
I also have booked creta but lower model s(o) ivt… I had budget issue as if my budget was for creta top model then would have preferred xuv700
