Also Silver is a Force of Nature! Remember what he pulled off in Generations? Imagine being able to do that yourself! Holy crap! That would be so much fun! There is a reason Sega brought him back in Sonic Rivals. They have plans for him I'm sure. Just wait. I mean if they wanted to just get rid of Silver they would have left him retconned along with 06. Shadow, everybody knows why he should come back. Silver got screwed over. He's a great character, he was just put in an awful game with awful playstyle and mechanics. The boost era is over, but Silver should return. I would love to play as other characters in a main game again. It doesn't have to be the oh so demanded Sonic Adventure 3. It can be anything. I love the cast of characters, Tails, Knuckles, Blaze, Shadow, Silver, even the Chaotix, Amy, and Cream. Sonic Boom is coming out and I'm actually excited for it. But it would be fantastic to have some of those characters come back to be playable in a main series game. The dark age of Sonic is long gone. Time to give those guys some playtime, not just Sonic.

This is my favorite song because of how true it is to Silvers story. Think about it. He knows what's gonna happen, but he can't control what happens in the past, only Sonic and company can. I mean, Silver can help them out and save them and stuff, but he can't do anything too intrusive because then he'll mess everything up in the future and the blood will be on his hands.
They ruined Omega in 06 though. In my opinion, worse than the other characters. They changed him from a bloodthirsty robot seeking revenge to a robot that acts like a robot for the most part, and then decides to act guilty after the penultimate level.

Mephiles was the first person to ever give him a straight answer, as well as a solution to a problem he thought could never be solved, which probably made him overlook the creepiness. On top of that, due to the condition of the world he lived in, I imagine that a lot of the people would come off a little creepy and weird, I doubt the way Mephiles acted around Silver was really all that uncommon.
