Thanks for this! Used to be a CPST for years and am a mom of older kids. But haven’t installed car seats in a bit. So glad no longer really need to use latch plates. lol. I’m an infant nanny now and they have this seat. I wasn’t sure how to do the European way so I haven’t the last few trips. This video gave me confidence to install that way and I do feel it would be safer. Thanks!!
Thank you. This is a really informative video. We just got a Nuna PIPA next delivered, and this video gave us clarity that we were installing it in our share car correctly.
If the seat belt doesn't have a locking mechanism, you can just use a locking clip and it is almost just as safe. In other countries, it is not a requirement to have a locking seat belt so the locking clip came in clutch to travel safely.

Just want to make sure I understood correctly, can you retract back the carrying handle once it’s installed?

Which Pipa is this? I have the pipa next. Does that have the shoulder belt one?
It’s the URBN - the next is not available in the US
is it normal that car seat is a little loose on the base? it's wobble when I move it with my hand
Yes, but if you have concerns you may want to reach out directly to Nuna to troubleshoot.
