Have you take a look at Blue Protocol? The global version isn't come out yet. But it's a anime game that isn't a gacha game. This NTE game looks pretty great though.

Combat looks like GI and ZZZ mixed in a JJK world with GTA elements. There goes my wallet...
Hopefully, we get to see more combat and characters soon. Game looks surprisingly far along.
