I think that each main level in the Artisans' World is a great tutorial for various mechanics ways to play through a level:
Stone Hill focuses on exploration. It shows that levels are often nonlinear in design, as you can go into any of the three big doors around the perimeter of the starting area or jump down into the well. Plus, there is a whirlwind in the field with the small tower, which can take you to the upper part of the level with many rolling hills as well as the first Egg Thief of the game. This upper section spans the entire level, and you can jump back down to the lower section at any point. Enemies are pretty sparse, and the platforming challenge is kept at a beginner level in Stone Hill. Being set in the middle of the day, it is bright and sunny, making players feel comfortable and at ease.
Dark Hollow focuses more on combat. There are many enemies throughout the level, and you have to determine the best way to take on each foe to move forward and grab the collectibles. The darker atmosphere helps emphasize how dangerous the level can be, whether you know when to use your charge attack or flame breath. Dark Hollow also contrasts with Stone Hill because it is much more linear in design, though there are still a few short side paths to take. However, platforming is also kept to a minimum here, with just a few basic jumps needed to reach the end of the level, though more jumps and a couple of simple glides are needed to fully complete the level.
Town Square puts more emphasis on platforming. Gliding is the name of the game in this level, as you won't make it far without it. To get to the end of the level, one only needs to take on a few basic gliding sections and most of the enemies. However, to fully complete Town Square, one must figure out how to use gliding in more difficult situations, not to mention reach another pesky Egg Thief. More gliding will lead to the hidden gems that you could see earlier on in the level. Enemies are fairly few and far between, and the level design is still fairly linear. The level's music adds some energy to the player, invigorating them to jump and glide to find everything they can.
Anyway, that's my thoughts about each of the main levels in the Artisans' World.

You should do videos on Idol Springs from Spyro 2 and Sunny Villa from Spyro 3, which I feel are those games' equivalents to Town Square.

Is it weird that I think that the bulls look a lot better in the original than the remake?

I think one thing for sure, no matter which level, we all hate[d] those egg snatchers. 😆
