I bought it 2 weeks ago in Maple. It does just fine crossbody, and i highly recommend this bag.its different, and i prefer this instead of that quilted tabby that everyone has already.i dare to be different 😅

I have to say i just bought the Broom Carryall a few days ago at my boutique. I had my eyes on it for a long time. While there, I tried on this Empire Carryall, and it was by far much lighter than my Broom (which is a beautiful classic). The Broom is full grain calf leather and very structured, but a noticeable difference in weight. I think this Empire Carryall is on my wish list. It's very nice, I felt it would be very secure, and since I'm specifically a satchel/crossbody woman, the Empire also looked great as a crossbody as well. The SA said there should be more colors coming.

I also have an authentic Chanel double flap bag (purchased in a Chanel boutique). This is a black patent leather bag with bronze hardware and a delicate bronze shoulder chain. Black lambskin paired with gold hardware is the epitome of classic Chanel. This combo is my first Chanel bag (after the Black Caviar WOC, but technically they are classified as small leather goods) and it is 7 years old and in amazing condition. I'm researching Chanel mini bags and am a bit hesitant about choosing a square or rectangular mini bag. But I prefer the square shape, I think minis are cuter and they allow for a more casual style, but small can serve that function too, my dream Chanel bag would be a small tweed bag. This HIDUPZ tote is beautifully colored, very sturdy and the perfect size. Not too small, not too big.
My favorite size from Chanel is medium! I own three different colors and I use them all heavily. I don't have too many fancy events to attend, but I achieve it by wearing it cross-body (my torso is short enough) and choosing a more casual color (like gray or navy) instead of black. However, I can still easily dress it up if I need to because it has an elegant, timeless silhouette, gold hardware, and is also small enough for evening wear. I've been wanting to get a small black classic clamshell with gold hardware for a long time because I think it looks beautiful and I already own a black retro square mini with 24k hardware *condup*
So if you buy from Farfetch does it come standard with a YSL box I know sometimes they just send a dust bag and that's the only thing stopping me from buying from them. I love buying new bags and enjoying the whole unboxing experience because it makes it seem more exciting and luxurious. If it didn't come in a box like straight from YSL I think I would be disappointed and worried about it getting damaged in shipping *condup*
