I am a program manager for a domestic violence advocacy center and it is so hard to find real-life examples of an advocate in action... not a therapist, or attorney, or police officer, etc. These are now my go-to for training new staff. identify strengths: the self focus decison. get her to another ingroup - take a Yoga teaching cert in a different circle to re identify. different thoughts need different walls.
