    Can you please do an ingriedient deep dive on the various types like 7, 10, 37, 39, etc variants of Polyquaternium to explain how they are to be used or whatsvtheir specific usage depending on their numbering?

    Does lather=cleansing power? I mean, do you need lots of lather for something to clean? I like to use shower oils for hand wash, but then I will use a typical hand wash when I’m worried about bacteria or viruses because I worry that the low foaming stuff isn’t really getting the bad stuff.

    Hey Marie 👋
    Question. I remember you saying that the product's finished pH was at 7. Would it be possible to lower the ph of the oils by solubilizing citric acid or lactic acid with polysorbate 20, or 80 or a natural solubilizer since its only drops being added?

  • @bringthemesstv
    @bringthemesstv ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Off topic a bit but I was making a dark spot treatment last night with sepi white and niacinamide and dmso. I had to add polysorbate 80. It foamed so much when I blended it but love it today. Totally forgot about the foaming power of polysorbate.

      @@ThankYouJesusTheChrist so far it's feels like a great oil. The dmso helps dissolve the sepi white and niacinamide fast and penetrate into the skin but once I added the water it became weird and separated like old cottage cheese. Then i decided to use a lil polysorbate and blend and it's a beautiful oil like substance now. Its looks and feel good. I want to try to add hyaluronic acid to make a gel but i think i should leave well enough alone😆 🤣. For now 🤔

    This would make a beautiful bubble bath. My mom has a immune disease that causes her skin to be really dry. She has tried to use oil in the tub, but hates the greasy feel. (Honestly she doesn't believe that she can get clean in it.) I'm going to try this with a heavy oil. She likes to take long baths, so it's worth the extra cost if it works. Thinking about almond oil, do you have a suggestion?

    • @HumblebeeAndMe
      @HumblebeeAndMe  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You can use almond oil instead of the apricot oil I've learned, but I have since learned you'll need to keep the MCT as is or the formula will split. You can also use more LUMOROL K 5229 for more lather, which would make sense in a bubble bath application :)
