I know he is at peace and no longer suffering but my heart breaks because I miss him terribly. I just want to say I love the way you take care of you body and skin. Summer you didn't have to get a prescription for your acne, all you needed was restorative sleep, good nutrition, water and your E45. Some of these prescription medicines do more harm than good.

I love E45! It is also EXCELLENT for the hair! Especially mixed race children's hair. My (mixed race) children's hair grew soo long. Their hair reached down to their bottom and they never had any split ends. Now that they're older (teens) they cut their long hair shorter 😭

Am also trying to get off 'persivate' which is a prescription topical steroid and my skin is at its lowest. I have rash all over my face but been using calamine lotion and it seems to be getting better. I just need to find a cream that won't result in any side effects should i decide to change to something else. Thought this would be a good try but your feedback has made me a bit skeptical. Hopefully I find something soon.
