About Sims 3 Pleasantview, her partner on the project spoke about it days ago and they stated that they actually hated how Cindy made the Sims, that they wanted to make the ancestors but Cindy didn't, and that Cindy whitewashed Cassandra Goth!
I used to enjoy her videos, but when she admitted to lying about a lot of things and admitted that Andrew was telling the truth, I stopped watching, Sims included. I'm sad for her and certainly don't mean her any harm. I hope things work out for her, but she might have to take herself off TH-cam for that. Recording every moment of your life for the public to see, especially when it comes to romantic relationships, really can't be good for anyone's mental health.

i remember a channel called "special books for special kids" who does interviews with disabled people doing one on a burn victim who became a comedian later in life. he began his sentence a lot like cindy's with "everyone is in a different place on their healing journey," but instead of saying "don't get so offended" he had said "so that's why i could make jokes about myself but i understand if someone else can't". kind of shows the lack of understanding she has for others, even after going through so much herself. it's sad to see. i dont know if visibly being an alcoholic in denial is necessarily promoting alcohol? her viewers seemed concerned about her, so hopefully they aren't encouraging it. to me it's like people saying things about having visible self-harm scars. just having them visible doesn't necessarily mean you're promoting it, or proud that you did it.

honestly the psychology behind this kinds of videos and comments baffles me, even if there is serious controversy, why do people want to derive entertainment out of it? what makes it fun for people to surround themselves constantly with negative content about a person they don't like? it's a little creepy even if the person deserves it idk. whole little communities are formed surrounding some 1 mentally ill person online, it's just scary.

It’s sad I use to love watching her videos, she’s just not the same person anymore, not because she adapts whatever personality of the guys she’s dating at the time, but more because she’s changed into a person I don’t even recognize from when I use to watch her, but I’m sure she’ll come back to her sims channels once this new boyfriend leaves her too.
