People who base their current predictions based off of a previous season’s performance have zero football knowledge. Squads, tactics, team chemistry, and form change. City was peaking last season. Their performances this year are far less consistent, and they are far more vulnerable. Real Madrid completely changed their predictable tactics where all attacks came down the left wing. Now, with Bellingham, their attack is less predictable. Defensive, RM is far better than they were last season - even with all the injuries. This is not to say RM will progress with certainty, but to say that I wouldn’t bet on City either. It’s 50-50 in my opinion, and if RM achieve a 2 goal advantage in the Bernabeu, it’s over. Even a 1 goal advantage would leave it up to fate, extra time, or even penalties imo. If City get a draw or win in Madrid, they progress.

Real Madrid team is literally better
Watch out for Bayer Leverkusen as well. With Xabi Alonso staying up, they can cause a lot of damage in the Champions League!
@@ezraezra2928 Nahh... Their dominance will end this season. It was good when it lasted.
Madrid is slightly better this season and the only advantage City might have in favor over Madrid is if Camavinga, Tchuoameni, Bellingham or Vinicius get booked and miss the 2nd leg
haaland n de bruyne will always flop in crucial match...both for norway and belgium too.
Yeah that‘s my problem with them too. Last year they only showed against small teams for example Real Madrid where De Bruyne had 2 assists and 1 goal but I think we both agree Real Madrid is a small team.
AS far as KDB is Playing we are fine in both legs
