Hubballi is busiest as compared to Dharwad and both are well connected by road, and rail. HDBRTS means of transportation connects Hubballi-Dharwad through road. Hubballi has Chandramouleshwara Temple, KSCA Stadium, HD-BRTS, Rani Chennamma Circle, Infosys Hubli, Hubli City Skyline.
Hubballi- Dharwad twin city falls under smart city project in Karnataka.

No bro.... Government will surely start building a new mega green field city or invest heavy amount in MANGALORE OR MYSORE TO MAKE IT A MEGA CITY AND A COMMERCIAL CITY.
All coastal cities will have heavy investment by the government of karnataka.
UDUPI, MANGALORE , MANIPAL , KARWAR WILL BECOME BIGGER THAN TIER 2 CITIES.
