Your sister is an anxious/obsessive honker even by Indian standards. And they are found kind of in large numbers in India. Driving slow in places where people are walking on the road without any grade separation is essential in India and that would eliminate half of the honks. But yeah honking at near blind intersections, honking to pedestrians, even dogs (basically honking to alert) happens a lot in India and one has to do that no matter what in order to avoid sudden breaking/potential crashes. And ofc people don't have any notion of a stop sign, only some places in South India.
@@ArnavA-un5gk someone told her that people honk a lot in India, so she thinks she is doing a good job. I hope she reads these comments and reduces honking a bit

I spent two weeks in Punjab. Luckily we were able to hire taxis. Indian taxi drivers are the best drivers in the world. It's just like this video except there were no cows in the road in this video. Driving there is just bonkers. We hired a taxi for a long 150km drive. My foot was tired from automatically stepping on the brake that wasn't there in the passengers seat. In two weeks I only saw 4 accidents happen and only was in one. A bus slowly sideswiped us in a traffic jam but to be fair, we were trying to overtake him by driving on the sidewalk. India is a trip, so many things going on, so much chaos, but for some reason it seems to all work.

Hi Aman, as I’m a regular watcher of your videos I thought you might like to know, tomorrow I’m going to call a driving school to see what they can do to help me, driving around my town is so easy and so boring as we don’t have very many nice fun places here and I want to be able to drive in my local city in Leicester, there are so many places in Leicester that I want to visit and I want to make myself and my family proud but most importantly I want to be able to drive to nice fun places in Leicester either alone or with my family, as I have Aspergers apparently they have a team of specially trained driving instructor who are taught how to deal with people with a disability so that would be really good for me, I’ll see what they say tomorrow but hopefully I can do some dual carriageway and motorway lessons and also some spiral roundabouts. 🙃
