The video should have pointed out that when Elway retired in '98 he had played in 5 S.B. games and that was the most ever by any QB at that point in time. Quite an accomplishment. Also they could have mentioned that the Broncos had Terrell Davis in '96 when they lost that 1st playoff game to Jax.

But I still think that it was a nasty move to snub my Balt. Colts like that in '83. We really needed him.

After this was made-did find his rhythm after footbal-won a title with the Crush,&...thanks to Peyton,& a top 5 single season alltime defense-2 more SBs,& 1 title as GM/President of the Broncos. Granted that didnt end well either-but who really cares? How many HOFers have played in multiple SBs,& been calling the shots for multiple SBs...& leading to 3 titles in those 7 combined SBs.

Maybe Reeves wasn't using HIS talent, meaning his team, to the maximum?

That's how God works, him thinking he was so/to good to play for the colts, Dan Reeves drove him crazy in Denver...

@@gastondraco5906 Especially when Reeves went and wasted a first round pick on Maddox in an attempt to get rid of Elway.

Williams, Get your HotDamned ACT together!_ Elway was "too good" to play for Frank Kush, the Colts head coach; the abusive one who dragged players by the face mask, punched players, verbally abused them. This went on in college as well. John's dad_ his 'football coach' mentor_ knew Kush AND his antics and forbade his son to play for him.
As for your inference that you know God's intententions, hell, seems the Almighty was protecting Elway. Not withstanding Dan Reeves, in the end John's career: Mt Rushmore worthy!
