Wow your grammar is outstanding, I'm American and you speak better than I do...bravo to you ❤❤❤❤...I'm learning Spanish and I believe everything that you are stating about Learning a language.
Estos videos me encantan, personas que dan consejos de como aprender ingles en INGLES, no como otros canales que dan tips pero lo hacen en su lengua materna. Nuevo sub
Dios mío. I was completely in awe! you have such awesome English! i hope to be able to speak like that, with the same amazing fluency. and I know I'll get there. Your video inspires me to continue working on my English. keep it up! Hello from Mexico!
Congratulations, thank you for your advice. Sometimes I frustrate and i do not find the way to reach the C levels. But after listen your video, I will re-take the challenge to improve it.Thank you!
I thank u because you were honest about the time it takes.. I was thinking I was doing something wrong. The most of people always say, oh I don't know I just learned watching movies but they don't tell you how hard it was and you feel that it is just that you maybe are not talented enough. Thank you
That is true haha. It's more attractive to say: "I learned English in 2 months by watching movies," but the reality is that for most people, it takes TIME and effort.
*Summary of the Video: "How I Reached a C1 Level as a Self-Taught English Learner"🎥* In this video, the speaker, Kayla, shares her personal experience and journey of learning English as a self-taught learner. She provides five key strategies that helped her transition from an intermediate to an advanced level in English and achieve fluency. *1. Push and Challenge Yourself:* Kayla emphasizes the importance of pushing oneself out of the comfort zone and taking on challenging tasks to improve language skills. This includes watching shows without subtitles, exploring different accents, and delving into more complex topics. *2. Use English Every Day:* Kayla suggests immersing oneself in the English language by using it in daily activities. This involves changing the language settings on devices, watching videos, reading books, and conducting Google searches in English. By surrounding oneself with English, learners can absorb the language and improve their skills. *3. Engage with Others:* To practice speaking and communication skills, Kayla encourages learners to interact with others in English. This can be done through language exchange apps or finding opportunities to use English in professional settings. Engaging in conversations with native or non-native English speakers helps build confidence and improves fluency. *4. Understand that It Takes Time:* Kayla emphasizes that learning a language is a gradual process and requires patience. Going from an intermediate to an advanced level takes time and consistent effort. It involves refining existing knowledge and continuously learning new things. Learners should not expect rapid progress but rather focus on steady improvement. *5. Never Stop Learning:* Kayla stresses the importance of maintaining a curious and open mindset. Even after reaching an advanced level, there is always more to learn. Learners should continue expanding their vocabulary, researching new expressions, and deepening their understanding of the language. Throughout the video, Kayla shares her personal experiences and highlights the importance of enjoying the learning journey. She encourages learners to be persistent, embrace challenges, and have confidence in their ability to achieve fluency in English.
I just I found your channel! I'm very impressed about you, congratulations. I'm learning English by myself but at this point I feel little frustrated, I feel my advance is not to much I think I'm very basic and I don't see any advance. Thank you for this video.
Congrats. I'm currently learning Spanish and I have definitely had some frustrations. My level is around B1/B2 in Spanish (well, by speaking ability is probably higher than my listening ability). But this video gives me the confidence to keep going. You sound great! Congrats and keep up the good work.
I am so impressed Kayla!!! You learned on you own! Great! Shame on me I just left a program to learn medical interpreter! I am so.....silly. I didnt give this the importance that it deserves and I just let the dateline to finish passed😢. I guess I was too strict to myself and wanted to speak perfect vocabulary but it is not easy bc it was hospital vocabulary. I will try one more time bc I know I can do it and it is good money to make once I take and pass the NBCMI test to be certified. Thank Kayla for sharing your experience. Keep going and you will earn more money.❤
I am sure that stuff like this help me a lot to stay learning english and it is because I learn about the process of everyone. I'm still learning but everyday better than yesterday.
Thanks for sharing your experience and recommedations. In fact, the ítem about learning English takes time I think is the most important. It makes me realize that many English Academies say in 1 year you will get advance English but it seems more selling courses strategy than reality. Thanks for your opinion 😊

Hola Kayla me gustan mucho tus vídeos. Podrías hacer un vídeo donde hables, sobre cómo fue el orden en que aprendiste los verbos, es decir que verbos aprendiste para tener un nivel A1-A2 etc? Muchas gracias saludos ☺️

Hi Keyla I speak English since child but I need to improve my English bcz I can understand what people say but sometimes I can’t reply back the same thing I think I have to learn more grammar and more English vocabulary. Your video is helping me a lot about it. Soy dominicano creo que lo eres 😊
I'm in the same situation you were in. I spend my entire day using English, and I am studying the language for around 8 hours a day. My current level is B1 and I would like to reach B2 in the next 6 months.
Hi, good for you Keyla. I would like to listen without Spanish translation. Your English is very well, I understand what you are saying, I'm not gonna lie but I know I'm gonna keep going and don't give up friends that is the key.
Thanks! I might not use the subtitles in the future haha. I don't like subtitles in Spanish to learn English, but I used them for accessibility. I wish you the best in your English journey!
@@KeylasEnglish Thank you very much Keyla, Learning English it not easy for me , but everyday I try to practice because I have my goal and one of the things is not to give up and I motivated by myself every day. I know I make mistakes but it is part of Learning English. Keep it up beautiful Keyla.
Hello! You can only know for sure with a certified English test like IELTS. You can also take free tests online just to get an idea or use the CEFR "can do" checklist to evaluate yourself. But the certified test is more comprehensive and accepted worldwide.
I'm by my own and now I'm B2. It's a long way to C1 but it's not too late. Thanks for your advice and all the tips makes you better.
