So bad to the point I've been hospitalized multiple times. I've had a constant battle with my mind on eating. Like one side of my mind wants to eat. But the second I have eaten I have an intense panic attack. My addiction is the control I have on food. And weight. Anyways, it's been a hard battle and a month ago I watched your video. And it designated with me so powerfully that I started seeing a psychiatrist. I see her 2x week. And I'm currently up to 200-300 calories a day. And I'm working so hard everyday. I want to get to the point where I dont fear or panic over having food in my stomach. And I know ill get there. I wanted to thank you for making that video Chris and Ian.
