Convert Indesign to word - the right way

Converting an Adobe Indesign document with lots of inserted ai/eps files to Microsoft Word.
Step 1: convert and replace all the images to a jpg
Step 2: export Indesign to a PDF
Step 3: export PDF to Word
Step 4: replace section breaks with line breaks
Step 5: fix all the styles (ie Body, h1, h2, h3, bullets)
Step 6: remove all the extra spaces
Step 7: put text wrap on the images.
