      Sorry dude, but you're not as savvy expat or even a savvy blogger.
      You can't even answer a simple question. I have unsubscribed and hopefully others will too!

    I'm an M.D. living here in the Philippines. Was fortunate to become work optional through real estate a couple years ago.
    Now I work for fun remotely as a teleradiologist. Thought I would mention that because I dont know any others who are doing what I am doing here in the Philippines.
    Love these interviews!

      I'm spending 35K a month for rent in a 1BR in Cebu. Looks like I have to check out BGC in a few months! I spent 6 weeks in Cebu looking for a building that included a sauna as the amenities and couldn't find a suitable one. Are there buildings in BGC that include saunas?

      Trion Towers is the only building I know of that has a sauna!

      @@TheSavvyExpat Thank you for that info i will check it out! In Cebu there is one hotel and one condo (both on mactan island) that have saunas but i don't want to stay there 😂 there are two serviced hotel residences that have saunas but God awful internet so they are a no-no as well.
      I spent 3 weeks in Makati and have found and stayed in the Airbnbs of three different buildings with saunas (Milano residences, Grammarcy, and one near Legaspi park) so i would almost expect BGC to have some more!

    Sigh...he shouldn't have said he "doesn't do much" with his business. Prospective clients always want that personal touch and if he is representing his business, they'll want to know he's vested in their specific business.
    You do a great job Evan! I love watching how far you've come with your channel!

    I’m a nurse and working on my master in nursing informatics. I work for the va as a staff nurse in the hospital. I plan on eventually either working for va remotely or an insurance company. I feel like making 6 figures while living in the Philippines would be surreal. I live a decent life in Florida but having that same income in Cebu would allow me to invest more money

    • @fearsmasher1299
      @fearsmasher1299 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      How would you work remotely for an insurance company and make 6 figures? I do sales remote but would have to be up all night if I lived in the Philippines.

    • @TropicalTodd
      @TropicalTodd 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@fearsmasher1299 There are various jobs for RNs at insurance companies. But because of regulations, hipaa concerns, and identity theft I think it likely a pipe dream of me doing that over seas. I doubt I would be allowed to access patient records while chilling in Cebu.
