Eric I hope you see this soon. You said you already did the 20 hour maintenance. Was the oil filter really, really hard to change? One guy said it was so bad he decided to gowithMerc. I am eye balling a 2020.
It wasn’t hard at all, and I’m not that mechanically inclined, just followed along the steps of another TH-cam video. I’m no mechanic and I didn’t have any issues or find it that time consuming, just followed the steps Could be wrong but I’m pretty sure lower HP Suzuki, Mercury, and Tuhatso engines all come from the same factory in Japan and are really similar
Yamaha wasnt for sale even tho I think they are the best engines. so it came down to Mercury or Suzuki. The Suzuki was roughly 10 pounds lighter and $300 cheaper, and I liked the white, pretty much sums up my decision haha hope this helps ya
It’s been awhile since I’ve had her out but I think top speed with just me in the boat is like 22 mph. Original prop. It’s a fairly small 14 tho, only rated for a 15hp motor
@@ericsitizma7600 That seems crazy slow for some reason. I have a 2007 Tracker V Guide 14 and I have a 07 Merc 9.9 on it and I can do 19mph on flat water with two dudes and like 7 rods and fishing gear. I’m looking at getting a DF20 and I’m curious how fast it would be considering I’m getting 18mph consistently with the 9.9. My boat is also rated for a 25hp on the sticker.
I had a 16’ Mirrocraft with a mid 90’s Mercury 25 hp 2 stroke that pulled 30 mph with me, wife and then 6 year old with fishing gear. This Suckzuki seems a bit slow for a 20. And FFS, put a lifejacket on the baby and baby mom. Nothing screams redneck idiot more than when people do stupid shit like this. Not legal, not cool.🤦🏻♂️
Suzuki outboards, especially 9.9-20hp(same motor footprint with different computers) are made in Thailand!
Thanks for the videos on the suzuki! Thinking of ordering this week, would you buy from online outboard again?
Can you share fuel consumption for this outdoor?😊
Nice , looks great for fishing. Do you think it would be worth it to get an electric start on the 20hp ?
Sir, there are clearly 3 people in that boat! The tiny panda costume isn't fooling anyone!
Hello sir may i ask what is the weight of your boat?

More tests? of 20 hp? how do you lift this motor?
I also get 22 mph from mine on a 14 Klamath. I also have a 2020 15 hp merc, cannot really say which one I like better.
Hi, thx for review, in this app are the RPM?? Thanks.
What made you go with Suzuki over merc or Yamaha?

Yamaha 20 is de-tuned 25 and heavy.
Suzuki is a the top of their game right now. I bought a 30.👍
What is your top speed, also what prop you running I have a new df20a on a 14ft aluminum wondering if it's slow or normal lmao

@Eric Sitizma awesome about the same as my 14ft boat then. I just got a 11pitch prop in I'm going to give a try

I'm not a detective but by the looks of that big ass net, I figure our boy knows where to find big fish. 😎
Pike and maybe a musky
thing cooks with just you on it, im trying to pick between tohatsu or suzuki
I think there both pretty much the same, go with whatever’s the best deal. I think Suzuki has longer warranty but can’t go wrong with either
Suzuki !!!
