I purchased the cloud white ZX 2K. I'm 50 and was around when the athletic shoe revolution came about from the first Nike's to Jordan's, Reebok From running, track, football, and basketball and these are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on. Soft and light.
There are some colors that have the back part transparent and you can see it’s actually like in a zig zag. Kinda like zig zag stuff Reebok has been putting out but adidas is doing it with boost. These look nice might get them if the price goes down.

I had these in triple black for work(returned them). I walk on concrete for 8-10 hours 5 days a week. These are nice at first, but there's a major lack of ankle support. I prefer the older ultraboosts compared to this for that reason. They didn't have much ankle support either but they had a thick pillow around the opening that works for me.
I always go half size down on all new Adidas and I am a size 9 true to size. So I'm definitely getting these size 8.5 and will even get the women's color as well. Thanks for the break down.
I really like the silhouette since the first release and the OG version of this shoe the vintage white one with the turbo green/ eqt kinda green/petrol are str8 fire imo! adidas should do this incased boost thing more often imo cuz the look of the boost sole is a lil bit outdated but not the comfort so why not incase the boost so it looks like a normal outsole but with boost like the yzy 700

Crazy to think these are more comfort than UB 20, as they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn. The cutouts on the bottom probably make them softer. I also think that adidas can make the boost softer or firmer. I've compared the nmd, yeezy, ultraboost, and pureboost, and you can tell some boost is firmer than others. Do you think the tpu surround on the heel provides any stability, or is it just soft and squishy?
I had this for a couple of year, the boost is still there, but the back wrap of the midsole has hardened so much that there is no more squishiness. It's like wrapping the boost with a hard platic, this is a major design fail. Have to threw it away because it's hurting my angles.

These are way better than the ultraboost 20’s. I sent my 20’s back because they weren’t nearly as comfortable as my Pegasus turbo’s or infinity runs. These are a keeper. The only thing I don’t really like about them are the laces. They stretch way too much. So much so that when I tie the shoes the laces drag on the ground. Perhaps I’ll just switch out the laces.
Got the all white pair on the way for summer for a steal. So I'm guessing " Wrapped boost " is really just caged boost with a zig zagged boost pattern? I think that soft and squishy comes from that rigged wave design almost mimicking nikes air sole unit columns.. so it's got that springy giveback.. especially being inside a cage like that.. They almost feel like adidas counter to 270 air soles

You may have mentioned the most comfortable shoes already with the 1080 v10s. I think it becomes really subjective as to which shoes are the most comfortable for each person: much depends on your foot shape and size (especially arch and heel), your weight and the way you walk/run and any existing conditions/injuries, on top of personal preference. But if you want a list to compare, the Ultraboost 19 and 20, the Nike Infinity React, Nike Pegasus Turbo 2, the Peak Tai Chi 2, Hoka One One Bondi 6, Skechers Max Cushioning Elite, Saucony Triumph 18 and the Brooks Transcend 7 are all brilliant and definitely worth spending some time trying on in store to see which works best for your foot.

HES these are definitely the most comfortable Boost cushioning. Shares the same boost as the OG pureboost and Eqt 93/17. I still prefer ultraboost but only because of the primeknit.HOWEVER if these had a PK upper these would be the most comfortable boost sneaker hands down

I just ordered these so I can’t comment on their feel yet but I picked up a pair of New Balance 1080 v11 and they’re super comfortable and weigh around 9 oz.
Boost is a strange foam. The shoes with the thickest midsoles like the Boost Pump Fury and the Climacool really are not all that squishy but rather firm. Maybe they engineered a different hardness due to stability concerns? I don't own an UltraBoost but do have their older burgundy Trail shoe that is very similar just with a higher cut Primeknit and more aggresive Conti outsole and it has that Boost feel its known for. To be honest I find Nike's React foam to be more consistant as far as squishy feel goes. No matter the model it delivers. A shoe that really impressed me were the Puma Netfit...the one with the sole in 3 sections, that stuff was really springy. The fit was a tad tight but you could go sockless with its knit upper. Anyways, saw this shoe on sale at the Bay and pulled the trigger because of your review. I like your channel best of the sneaker channels, you have the most honest and accurate reviews, bought that New Balance V10 1080 for the same reason. Most reviewers seem to just praise every sneaker as having great cushioning, the Nike SpaceHippy being a good example, I was tempted but saw your review. Thought maybe you were just being picky so watched a few others, most said it was great squish but then another reviewer remarked he was let down by comfort and that sealed it. Not that I didn't trust you, lol, I just liked the look and was looking to justify a purchase but should have just watched your vid and thats it.
Maybe when you wear it the whole day, the squishiness might not be good? Though the UBs are less squishy, you can rock em the whole day and not have feet-fatigue?
Not a fan of these. The insole feels too rubbery, the upper is too big, and the lacing loops seem like they could break with little to no force. I also had to size up in order to get the right support.
Just wondering, have you compared this FV9996 to the current versions (GY2689, KYM98A) including the Pharrell Williams (GY4976)? theyre softer becos they do not have the torsion plate like the previous models have however i prefer having a torsion plate but might still grab a pair of these when they go on sale :)
I think the Novablast is less squishy but not by a lot, I also think the Novablast is more meant for energy return and response like ZoomX for running. Boost definitely is usually more squishy overall tho.

They are much, much more durableomfortable than the 270s.
Have NMDs and 270 and they are really uncomfortable to be honest would not recommend the 270

Nah it is like you said because of the cut outs which gives the boost sole more space do expand

I’ve never worn the nite jogger sneakers but I’m telling you there’s just smthn diffferent abt the ultraboosts. They’re even more comfortable
I tried on some ultra boost, they are too curved and make my feet hurt and cramp, the nite jogger is flat so my feet were happy.

Hi, why do I feel a bit warm on my sole when i wear this zx 2k? Anyone with the same complain?

Not a fan of these. The insole feels too rubbery, the upper is too big, and the lacing loops seem like they could break with little to no force. I also had to size up in order to get the right support.
Just wondering, have you compared this FV9996 to the current versions (GY2689, KYM98A) including the Pharrell Williams (GY4976)? I originally assumed they're the same comfort but your videos indicated there are comfort differences between iterations of the Ultraboost models over other years.

theyre softer becos they do not have the torsion plate like the previous models have however i prefer having a torsion plate but might still grab a pair of these when they go on sale :)
How is it compared to Adidas 93/17 or Alexander Wang BBALL boost?

Wrapped boost could be the future of boost. Nike already did the react with af1. Maybe adidas stansmith/superstar wrapped boost in the future

I think the Novablast is less squishy but not by a lot, I also think the Novablast is more meant for energy return and response like ZoomX for running. Boost definitely is usually more squishy overall tho.
Would u recommend buying this shoe if u work and stand for about 6 hours??
Absolutely great shoe, top 3 most comfortable, ultra boost is still #1, although the bounce feeling this one has got is a pleasure. I got the Han Solo 40th anniversary the details are perfect 👌🏼
