How do people who doubt this woman's greatness live with themselves? She made semi finals in the 90s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020s. That's 4 different decades. I don't think anyone has ever done that in the history of tennis. The fact that her game never became outdated throughout her career is a testament to how sound and solid her game was. Anyone who tries to simplify her achievements just to her power is either a hater or delusional. Kudos to this incredible channel for always coming up with incredible contents. It's amazing how you have new ideas all the time. I guess you are similar to Serena in that regard.
It is because of two things that both Williams' sisters have dealt with from the beginning --- Jealousy & racism... That's it in a nutshell. From calling Serena a man, to fat, to being on steroids.
The lack of French Open semi appearances post-2003 is unfortunate but it had everything to do with the depletion in her footwork after the knee surgery. It’s quite impressive she was still able to be so dominant and win tons of slams without the superb movement she had from 99-03. It just speaks to her incomparable athleticism.
Yup, and the fact that she had other facets of her game that she could still rely on to get important wins. She was close to making the SF at the French Open in 2009 and 2010 though. I think she wins the whole tournament both years if she’d beaten Kuznetsova in ‘09 and Stosur in ‘10 tbh
Before 2015 she had only lost 3 semi finals, and it was against Venus at 2000 Wimbledon, Henin at French Open 2003 and Clijsters at US open 2009. These 3 were incredibly talented. Her numbers at the slams in the semi finals and finals before 2016 was insane
Serena lost finals to in order of recency Andrescu Halep Osaka Kerber Muguruza Kerber Stosur Sharapova Venus x2 (us open, Wimbledon ) So Serena has 23 slams and 10 loses meaning she played in 33 finals
After Andrescu beat Serena Williams it was over for her and her career 😂😅 The Serena curse was real. Whoever beat Serena Williams is either struggling or retired @@Official.tadiwa
Referring to someone as "Heffa" is disrespectful and insincere, especially when discussing a G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time). Furthermore, when you know better you do better.
I gotta say, that Georges chick was bringing it. Thing is, she and other players had a hard time capitalizing off of the few overpowering shots they got off of Serena. Don’t get comfortable when you initially nail her, MAKE SURE you WIN the point!! 😏
Hypothetically, could Serena and Venus Williams in their primes(as adults)have success playing high school 🏈? Did they have the athleticism for it? Why or why not?

Jealousy and racism.
Her serve is the best in the history of women's tennis. It is the number one reason for her success.
That Wimbledon SF against Mauresmo in 2002 was one of the scariest performances in tennis history. The ball striking was UNREAL.
Even worse than the beat down she gave Amélie the next year at the French Open tbh
@@ism7588 Agreed.
@@ism7588i randomly imagined what possessed her before that match cos she was furious and angry lol
That Dementieva match at Wimbledon might be the highest quality match in women's tennis history.
Absolutely loved this!! Such a treat to some of her greatest triumphs outside of the finals! Thank you for making these

Vinci beating Serena is one of if not the biggest tennis upset of all time.
40 semi finals and she made 30 Grand Slam finals. Meaning this Heffa only lost 7 semi finals.
😂😂 I know you’re Black, because only we use the word “heffa” like this! I love us, forreal!

so much respect for osaka
Serena in semifinals >>>>
You can also visually see how Serena was a completely different athlete post giving birth. The explosiveness was no longer there
Vinci one will forever be a jewel
Not really, she didn’t even win the tournament lmao 😅🙋🏾♂️👋🏾
Damn Girl.
I'd like to see all the finals she lost so we can calculate how many she could have won by now 🎉❤
So she could’ve won 2011-2020 us Open damnnnn champion material💅🏽💅🏽

Justine Henin showed horrible sportsmanship at the French 03!
9268 Feest Forge
French open 2003 with Henin the cheater
Please get over this! Henin won against very good serena
The only thing I don't like about this is....40 semis, so why doesn't she have 40 slams? Lol
Hypothetically, could Serena and Venus Williams in their primes(as adults)have success playing high school 🏈? Did they have the athleticism for it? Why or why not?
