She’s just done with playing with it , she thought it was a toy , and now doesn’t want to play anymore , she should take it back to where she kidnapped or borrowed it from , find it’s mother so it won’t die , or maybe the people filming this crime in progress can find the mother to feed the poor baby . The kidnapper is trying to drop it off to the VO’s to take it off her hands . She doesn’t want to have to feed it and she’s getting irritated trying to rip it off her. She’s a teenager find with playing with someone else’s toys , niw she can’t find anything anyone to take it off her hands she’s trying hard to dump it . Without anyone seeing her do it .

Well he hasn’t eaten in 18hrs according to this channel, so I’m guessing the little guy is weak and doesn’t have the strength to cry. He’s got to be dehydrated. Full stomach I’d bet he’d be yelling for mom.

She looking for someone to take it off her hands , because she can’t risk anyone see this baby with her , she’s realizing , she may get attacked for taking this baby , and realizing there’s no way to feed it . And thsg she can’t dump it where no one is , the baby is helpless , will cling to her, too young to know what’s going on or to call fir it’s mother . Most kidnapped babies are older and try to get away from kidnappers and can eat solid food and call to their mothers for help . This baby is so young , he thinks this is his mother, abd only cries when she drops him away from her , she realizes she can’t leave the baby alone now , so she’s stuck . Sounds like she’s a teenager msybe hadn’t had a baby yet but wants one .

At 8:25 the mom arrives and is close to Susan until 10:10. Within that time span, the VO continuously fed Susan, which divided her attention and opened up two opportunities for the mom to take back her baby. But in danger of dying from starvation, the obese monkey mom was too busy eating and couldn't be bothered. It drives me insane when I watch obese monkey moms prioritize eating over their kidnapped babies. Clearly, they are in no danger of missing their next meal and drying up the teats.
It would take around two weeks for the mothers milk to dry up. Also, any mother macaque, whether fat or skinny, will almost definitely be more focused on food rather than their young. Their drive for food is stronger than their maternal instincts. This is normal macaque behavior! Besides all of that, the mothers always get their babies back from Susan.

Shes never intentionally hurt any of the infants. So I don't think his mom cared. She's so good with them and he's under a week old. He's so content with her
She’s near the baby or hugging/loving on them and she gets spooked and runs off. In doing so these babies are so young they cling with any sudden movements/disturbances/loud noises. They don’t know how to let go at the moment so they go for a ride. Lol. Susan keeps running because she’s scared of the troop. You can see her wanting to leave him but the camera guys are to close or they may be high up and she doesn’t want them falling. You can also see her scratching at hands and feet trying to get him off.
