I have finally seen them in the wild last winter and I cant believe how beautiful these golden monkeys are, their colors are even more unbelievably gorgeous up close, jsut cant believe how gorgeous and friendly these monkeys are.
Do their faces look blue?
Babies look like having light gray skin but many adults look blueish..
@@xenoidaltu601 yes

Then they are one of the few mammals with blue skin. Its not pigment but Structural Coloring.

I am soooo jealous! But as someone who is severely disabled I learn so much from videos like this. These monkeys are just so beautiful.
This was the purest, most beautiful documentary of any animal I’ve ever seen. I literally cried at their kinship especially when the mom lost the poor baby that was so sad to see. They are really special creatures next to panda this has to be my new favorite creature. 🐒🐾🐾
I know what you mean, the way she wiped tears was so sad.

I'm honestly confused why people believe monkeys cry during events like these. I'm one of the biggest advocates for canceling specisism and acknowledging other animals as equals (or better in many cases) with/than humans. However, monkeys aren't physically built to cry with emotional overload like humans do. They can "cry" with eye irritation or illness, but you won't be seeing really any primate other than humans crying purely with emotion.
I do agree that it was very telling seeing that mother at a lose for what to do with herself. Like that feeling you get when you're truly lost and feel hopeless, and you don't know what to do with yourself or your hands. It's so sad.... It looked to me like baby fell or was crushed by an adult somehow. Poor baby.
Edit: grammar mistake fixed
Their babies are unbelievable cutest things
You ever seen .
I, not you. The cutest I ever seen…
I agree, the most beautiful babies and the best video I've watched in a long time.
@@pooky4822 ok pookie
They have such strong bonds and they look after each other so well, protecting the little ones from the coldest temperature, walking like humans in order not to freeze their hands. Very intelligent and empathic monkeys. What a lovely family 💖

We need to protect all of these beautiful animals and the planet as a whole before it's too late... sometimes it feels like it's too late already, the planet is going through a lot...
Totally agree and thank you
That poor mother losing her baby made me cry. You could see the immense pain in her expression. Gorgeous and amazing animals.
They’re just monkeys … filthy & disease ridden. Repulsive little creatures if you ask me…
I wanna make fun of you crying, but to be honest, that recharged my dead heart back to life
China has some of the best scenery in the world; Even the Golden snub-monkeys are beautiful and the way they nurture and protect their young from extreme conditions and harm is amazing.
too bad they eat all of the animals and keep them in cages so the diseases can mutate.
@@itsaaronlolz True before 2010, but now, Wild animal are not allow to cage in china, only the animal that can't survive in wild are cage til they learn how to survive in wild.

It was so real😇
Well, you should thank the WRITER of the script-but yes, the narrator was awesome too.
Very good video
Yeah well done narrator
This is too beautiful. China has such diverse wildlife

One of the most beautiful documentaries I've ever watched, thanks to everyone who's involved in making this breathtaking documentary.
The fact that this was just uploaded a couple days ago makes me so happy. Knowing that these beautiful creatures are still ventures in beautiful forest of China.
Yet it's still like 3 years old
They're still there though. They haven't gone extinct.
It’s an old episode, but they are still there!
It's from 2019. In the ending credits.
I didn’t notice that it was an episode last 2019. It’s just that China has bad reputation with regards to animal abuse to earn money that is why I am worried with these animals. But ofcourse, we have a global issue about endangered animals and I hope that we can still save them from extinction! 🙏🏻
The strong maternal instinct in these animals is very heartwarming

Just wonderfully done! Gotta give the people alot of credit as it took a year or so to make, and to follow these darling monkeys along thru the seasons. I was astounded that they walked on 2 feet during the winter! I really loved this and the snub-nosed golden monkeys.
