@@LisaKellySells Hi Lisa, We are currently living in the Phoenix AZ metro area, My wife and I would like to return to Florida once I retire in late 2024, so I'm a little over a year out from making the move. We would like to stay as close as possible to the Orlando Metro area, within one hour of the Airport. I will be looking for a spec home if possible similar to the Copper model you showed in the video. Or a 3 car garage home with 4 bedrooms and 2 -3 bathrooms, 2000-2400 sf. The newer the better. Our budget is anticipated to be about 400,000. Do you know how long a new build takes for construction in Florida? I'm planning a trip next month to start the research of identifying 2-3 options for the location of our new home. Thank you

Firstly, the answer your immediate questions: For a new build (like the cooper for example) it typically takes 5-8 months to build..Of course, weather, supplies and labor play a part..The good news, I have not seen any delays at all this year so far. If you are planning a trip next month, I can get you started by giving you my New Construction website.There you can make your "favorites list", learn about the buiders, see floor plans etc and more.
