I agree 100% that we need a flamethrower weapon.. They could make it's damage like a wide hit cone version of beams/arcs (able to hit multiple mechs next to each other), with it's 'perk' being a few seconds of sustained burning damage after being hit by flame, like they stay on fire for a few seconds, and maybe add an 'overheat' effect to take extra damage from allies during that time. This actually sounds like a feasible idea that would introduce a unique type of weapon system to the game. I'm kinda surprised they don't have anything like it yet..

It would be good if they doubled the fire rate + the mag size. With that change, I think it would function more like an in-between for heavy and assault, which would be cool. Also, yeah it should def. have shield pierce.

@DocJones18 I too want carb 16's, however both have 12e versions so a fair comparison can be made. as for comparing the dread 12 to a carb 16? use 2 carb 8's against the 12

What if Dreadshot had some sort of "executioner" mechanic that increases damage dealt to targets based on their missing HP? Fits well with name/thematic, is mechanically interesting, and actually gives this weapon a viable use-case.

'compounding damage' is a nice idea, but wouldnt fit well with this wep imo. too low rpm, so a buildup like that wouldnt help much

i assume you got it via the Crate Rush, in which case it was a good choice imo. got the mech plus a pretty sizeable value in blueprints/credits to upgrade it

why do we have to separately play normal clash or 5v5 to earn combat points? tournament is also combat. Shouldn't tournaments provide combat points too?
honestly, why does a "limit" exist at all? fun fact, in 24hr you could play ~480 matches, which would earn you 576 Silver Crates (if you had no limit and also Combat Point Booster). After all of that, you would earn only ~230 acoins.
Players dont make a profit by refreshing their points and continuing the grind, but they should.
When they come with 16s try with onyx cuz the devs basically used quad rocket for this weapon

The best thing about this weapon is the 700 acoins I got from the ECR (I didn't spend credits to get tokens, it's cuz I just maxed my surge (only had to buy one bp!))

This is supposed to be a "legendary" weapon. Just another legendary item that wasn't really tested in the new meta. This seems like it should be an Epic level weapon. Too many "legendary" items are bunk.
Honestly, it deserves the title uncommon, and at best rare. Epic weapons are a mix of power and performance. This isn't, and there are even loved rare weapons.

the difference is in the strength of enemies. i do 60k, but their HP is nearly 500k (not including Shield Mods) 💀
