@becca3817 It's a Canadian doll company. Yes, I love the outfit, too. You should check out their site. Their doll clothes are high quality. Thank you for watching 😊.
I generally don’t buy clothes with dark colors like black because I am concerned about staining. I have that outfit on my #26 and it looks great. The Maplelea doll face mold is nice.
@@nailahvenable7989 Thank you. This mold is the only one I like that they have. I love their outfits. I am considering buying more clothing and trying them on my AG dolls but Disblaine and AG Takes over said some clothes stain. So, I was thinking of hand washing them before I put them on my AG dolls. Thank you for watching and always being here. 🙂
@@OutspokenJourney I have a lot of their sweaters most of the staining seems to happen with the darker colors so I stay away from that. Prewashing seems to be a good idea you should try the color catching sheet is in the wash they pick up any of the color released in the water
I have the same doll. She is beautiful. You should check out their other doll Camp Tanamakoon Centennial Doll - Limited Edition. She has the same face mold but different eye color. Nice review.
Yes, and thank you for the suggestion. I saw the pictures of the two on IG, and I want her now. As you know, I love having twins. Lol 😊. Thank you again, and thanks for watching.
Yay I was hoping it would be 51-she’s my fave ML doll. And the mold is called “Black Canadian”, but yes she’s not as dark as the 30 AG tone. You’re also right that they don’t have a lot of diversity. BUT! During my last store pickup, the owner was there, and I talked to her about that. All I can say is they are currently working on that… slowly! She asked me not to say much now, but maybe soon we’ll hear more. Oh! One thing I can say (and I will in my ML video on the 25th) a black woman sculpted this doll. She also sculpted the East Asian doll and I THINK she said the same woman did the original doll sculpt too. Ha! I just picked up that same outfit! I haven’t opened it yet tho. I’m glad you love her! I was anxiously awaiting your opinion lol
Thanks for watching and thank you on giving me some information and history on the sculpt and letting me know a black women made her and the East Asian sculpt that makes my heart happy. I am also glad that they are working on bringing more diversity to their collection. This would open the brand up to so many different doll collectors. You are the reason I even considered buying this ML doll. Your review convinced me. 😉Once, I opened her up and saw her in person I was in love. Did you see Nettie Doll's video on the Camp Tanamakoon Centennial Doll - Limited Edition with the same face mold with slightly lighter skin and with a different eye color? I am thinking about getting her in the New Year and I can't wait to see you next video on ML on the 25th. I know it will be nice and informative. lol not you anxiously waiting on my opinion😀Thanks again friend.🙂
@ the Leonie doll (camp tanamakoon) is a different sculpt. I brought that up with the owner because I have both dolls and don’t see them the same even tho I’d been told otherwise by collectors. Sue confirmed 51 has her own sculpt and she would never use it on a non black doll. If you get Leonie, you’ll see they’re very different. ☺️
@DisBlaine On the site they have KCT-KMF51 advertised and Nettie did a review on her TH-cam and in the Facebook Group for Maplelea . She posted this. One major difference is that although the website order number is CT-KMF51 for the Camp Tanamakoon doll, her body tag is KMF31. She posted pictures, and they look like twins except one has lighter eyes. That what I was referring to .
I have a lot of Maplelea clothes for my AG dolls but I never got a doll. I saw the new face molds on disblain also and I am considering getting a doll at their next sale
@@nailahvenable7989 You should get her she is beautiful. I am also going to get the Camp Doll version of this one also. She has the same face mold but lighter eyes. When I do get her they will be the only two unless the come out with a new one.
This doll is adorable! I am starting to add a few MapleLea dolls to my collection. They are so precious. I love her hair. Nice video!😃
She is a pretty doll, and her hair is beautiful. Nice review.
Thank you and thanks for watching. 😊
Beautiful doll. She has such adorable curls. I also love the outfit. Nice. Thanks for sharing this doll. 😊
Thank you so much and thanks for watching. 🤗
Never heard of this doll, but love the outfit.
