How can you call Something you have done before a rehearsal???? Operation Frequent Wind was the final phase in the evacuation of American civilians and "at-risk" Vietnamese from Saigon, South Vietnam, before the takeover of the city by the North Vietnamese People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) in the Fall of Saigon. It was carried out on 29-30 April 1975, during the last days of the Vietnam War. More than 7,000 people were evacuated by helicopter from various points in Saigon. The airlift resulted in a number of enduring images.
Because every mission set is different. You rehearse each mission exactly the way it has been planned, in order to see what areas need improvement, or changed, etc. Just because an actor has acted before, does not mean he does not rehearse when he gets a new role. Each role is different, just like each mission. Hopefully that explains why rehearsals are so important.
In case an embassy or similar diplomatic facility is in danger of being taken over and the people held hostage. After what happened to our people in places like Iran and other countries, it's critical.
You left out the part where the whole mission gets compromised the night before by one of the SEALS running his mouth to a local prostitute and then two of the team members coming up positive on a drug test. This is 2023- you have to make these scenarios contemporary and realistic. Oh yeah, and when they’re done they all write their own books detailing all the secret stuff they are still not supposed to even talk about.
Too bad that wasn't an option in 1979 in Tehran. I spent a 14 month Deployment waiting to turn Iran into glass via Thermo-Nuclear dynamics. SEMPER FIDELIS.
nah I think it's the hk416 series variants modified and suppressed. either way it's not gonna be M4, it's likely to be M4A1 or MK18 or somethin. But definitely not M4.
Sudan is just a disaster. Foreign influences, political corruption and competing factions have turned what could have been a powerful African nation that stabilized the region into a nightmare. Hopefully it doesn't go the route of the Central African Republic and Somalia, but time will tell.

That helicopter balancing on the rail is top notch piloting.
Marine Aviators are well trained pilots for sure. Ballsy SOB's.
damm agree he is great pilot
not only that ... keeping the thing there as he dumps a 1000 pounds or 2 of weight 250 pounda at a time
Totally agree. That’s the calibre of flying I expect from US forces 🚁👌
Is that a variant of the old school UH1 ‘Huey’ chopper?
That helis door is the greatest threat to national security
Only if your SEAL. That door is not hard to open.
That door seems totally pointless. Am I missing something?
Yep, that and Joe Biden.

Props to the pilot that landed on the rail...that's some damn good flying. This makes me miss working for WPS.

Thanks for blurring their faces. If wasn't for that, for sure, I'd remember all of them.

Too bad Benghazi didn’t get support like this.
