I love that you kept talking throughout! I listen to these lab videos during the day because they're so interesting, and it just feels like we're chilling. (Also the 1,2,3,4 K / TB thing made me laugh too, you sounded so excited in the original video when you said it!)

Does your lab have any system as to calibrating your pipettes?
Yeah every so often there will be a ‘pipette clinic’ where people come and you can have your pipettes calibrated

That is a nessicary evil when it comes to having a sterile environment. Lots of things are one and done so you don't risk contamination. Same in hospitals.
