It’s true what ARMY says…these 7 find you when you need them. BTS found me 2 months after I lost my son, and Film Out was the first new release I got to experience as an ARMY. I wasn’t prepared for the emotions I would have. Bangtan has a way of conveying the hardest feelings in the most beautiful and comforting way.

This was a joy to watch, thank you! Film out is one of my favorite Japanese song of theirs. Their Japanese discography in general are all great, and there is just something about their vocals (or cadence) that’s different when they sing in Japanese. Some other faves of mine: Lights, Your eyes tell, Let Go. You can check them out on your own, I’m sure you’ll love them as well.

Film Out is an OST to a Japanese TV Show that got a movie.
It's about a crime (crimes?) that is solved at two different times that are connected with "The Signal" so they communicate with each other.
    You nice! Keep going! 💜

Just a correction, the tv show is korean, the movie is japanese (they invited bts for the ost to pay homage to the og korean show with a korean artist)

loved to see the way you went through so many emotions while watching FILM OUT.. I had a breakdown after hearing it and watching the video. BTS' lyrics really go deep, they will make you cry but they also comfort you...

Hi i am back. Good reaction, ty. Film Out is a OST for A Japanese movie "Signal." Film Out could be part of BU (BTS Universe storyline) but we never got a confirmation. You can re-watch it after you finish BU MVs. Fans think "Film Out" takes place in an alternate universe, which could explain its connection to the rest of BTS' visuals without being directly involved in the BU.
Jimin harmonizing with Tae in the beginning, so dang good as usual. But I think there is a BU connection. Love the feels. I have my own theories but will not be sharing them. Hugs. -NY USA 2019 Army💜
    Official credits of "Film out":
Produced by Back Number(rock band), UTA for TinyVoice, Production
(Lyori Shimizu from back number, JUNG KOOK)
Producers are listed outside the brackets, songwriters/composers - inside.
It is the theme song to the Japanese movie "Signal".
Jungkook about this song: "Film Out is a song that I participated in the making along with 'Back number' san. We made it together. When I first listened to the demo from Shimizu san, I loved it as the melodies were amazing".
According Billboard Japan "Jungkook who was inspired by the melody line created by Back Number's Iyori Shimizu proposed a new melody, and their mutual feelings were collected into one song, literally making it a collaboration." Jungkook (JK) is the youngest member of BTS he is 23. He does songs like the others members and collabs and directs and produces. All the members are talented af. =0)

I'm Japanese, so when I listen to these songs, I think Jin and JK are amazing. Instead of singing in an easy-to-sing form, the two sing in plain Japanese to deliver their feelings. It might be easy to change the consonants or put in weird breaks to make it easier to sing, but it doesn't get to the heart of the song. Of course, it's difficult for everyone because it's not their native language, but Jin and JK chose a difficult path. Thank you and respect. And what makes Jin shine even more in Japanese songs is his excellent emotional expression and ability to tell stories. We often like warm, narrative songs that sound a bit classical.

    A guide to bts ❤

There is a lot of meaning behind Suga and Jhope sitting down back to back with the frame in between like a mirror reflection. I'll try to give you few implications but its impossible to cover the depth of it without actually knowing everything about them both as people and all their work.
First of all Jhope and Suga are a very lovable duo that brings out the best in each other as people. The duo is called "Sope" ( S from Suga and OPE from J hOPE).
Their personalities you could say are on the polar opposites of the spectrum. Suga is very laid back and chill while Jhope is very out there and energetic. So the duo works well together because jhope gives energy to everyone around him and suga thrives a lot from the energy he gets from jhope.
If you listen to a lot of bts songs you'll soon notice that Jhope and Suga's verses are a lot of the time with some exceptions next to each other. You'll often hear Jhope go first and straight after suga or the other way around while RM's verse usually tends to be at a separate section of the songs. For example: This song itself Jhopes and sugas verse are right after each other. the song ON has jhope go first and suga repeats the last line of jhope and starts his verse straight after. There are countless examples like this.
Now if you dig even deeper and connect it to the BTS storyline. Jhope represents Ego and Suga represents Shadow which is based off the Carl Jung Archetypes and it also matches with their personalities. As artists also the content of Suga's songs are a lot of the times about his "shadow" as in his repressed thoughts and feelings while Jhopes is more often about his Ego as in his pride and hopes about wanting to be a "piece of peace".
Theres a lot more to it and I'm struggling to explain it properly but i hope you get the point. They are like Yin and Yang. they describe the two facets of existence. Like two sides of one coin, yin cannot exist without yang; yang cannot exist without yin. They complement each other. And that's the significance of that shot.
