- SHALOM, Today's video is all about my favorite meals to eat for Sabbath. In this video, I will be making my favorite meal which is the "Lamb Bowl" to have on Sabbath. Also, I'll be making a Quiche for breakfast and showing you guys how I prepare both of them!
Preparation day is definitely my favorite day of the week aside from the Sabbath, I hope you guys enjoy this video!

Yup 👍👌. Friday at sunset 🌇 the Sabbath begins, then when the sun starts to set on🌇 Saturday evening, that marks the end of the Sabbath.

Shalom sis. Nice prep video but how is it you follow the law of observing the Sabbath but not the dress code? We are not supposed to wear pants according to Deuteronomy 22:5 and all that should be done by Sundown (you mentioned baking cookies later that night) since the sabbath beings sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. MHNCB
Study from the Hebrew meanings.The Mashiach wasn't English therefore,the English meanings don't always line up with the True Hebrew meaning
Kan about the pants, it's an abomination to TMH for Israelite females to be in pants. Sabbath begins Saturday at sunrise and ends at sunrise Sunday.

Looks yummy question I thought meat and dairy could not be mixed together
Todah! You can add dairy to your meal. According to Torah (Exodus 23:19) ..... has something to do with a baby being boiled IN it’s mother’s milk. You can have a cheese burger & more 😋 I am not Ashkenaz.
No that’s a rabbinic law mostly from books made from man in the Torah if you see genesis (Bereshit) chapter 18 where Abraham was with the angels he got butter and a calf that’s meat and dairy so yes it’s permitted to eat both together. With exodus 23 19 from what i heard was that was a Canaanite ritual.
It depends on which branch of Judaism one belongs to and whether a Jew keeps kosher. Strictly speaking cheese and meat together are most definitely NOT kosher. All ultra-Orthodox and Orthodox do and many, if not most Conservative Jews do as well.
How do you keep your food 🥘 warm the next day after cooking it on preparation day?
We use a warning plate or microwave ☺️
Do you eat food cold to not light a fire or microwave or ovan or you warm it on the Sabbath?
What ever man that is lucky enough to claim you as his wife will be a blessed man.

That's a JewISH tradition. We are not JewISH. Not cooking a Kid (goat) in its mothers milk is an idiom that has morphed into this idea. Not mixing meat and dairy is not in the scriptures.
