Its been way too nice not having a period for like 10 years..i get menstrul migraines so i skip the birth control sugar pills & just straight continue onto the next pack. 2 obs confirmed that if we dont produce an egg then we have nothin to get rid of each month..great girl tip for vacation times🤗😉😉

Quick question Maggie, you mentioned that you had a "spa" shower which included you shaving! I thought you did laser? do you still have to shave? Is it worth it getting laser then? Sorry I guess not just one question lol! Let me know I'm curious :).
Hey I get laser done as well so I thought I’d answer! So basically it takes around 6-12 treatments with around 4-6 weeks in between for all the hair to be gone and so the hair that remains between treatments still grows back and so you can shave if you’d like! I shave cus I like to be smooth always but I don’t have to do it often anymore

If you read the back of the cup says the 1 dose is 1/2 cup. So if you have the hole cup is too much calories. I always ask to myself how to make / prepare 1/2 cup or what to do with the 1/2 cup left after blander. Any ideas?
