If you want more ideas about off strip hidden gems in Vegas, check out my blog post, because I'm always updating it and adding to it as I find & try new things/places! likewhereyouregoing.com/unique-things-to-do-off-the-strip-in-vegas/
We're at Baby Stacks at this very moment and we're in awe of this place. I asked the waiter to surprise me, he came back with carrot cake pancakes and some kind of steak skillet. Can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back tomorrow.
gotta say as a vegas veteran, I loved your selections. didn't know about Casino Quest in the mall. also added a revisit to square bar. and completely forgot about player 1 (how could I?). great video. you are having quite the diverse adventure.
2 Suggestions for your list: 1: Hemenway Park to view the Bighorn Sheep! I was just there a couple weeks ago and the Rams were butting horns! Amazing to see live! 2: Tom Devlin's Monster Museum Both are in Boulder City so you can take a day and see both!
@@alysmallsBoulder City recently installed a _Ram Cam_ in the park on TH-cam so you can potentially see rams before you go! The camera is on the bathroom facing the Horseshoe pits and tree area. th-cam.com/users/live9wYNitiw3Dg?si=yxpy9IOuhOsUJFyX
Great Video! I've been to Vegas about 30 times and many of these places or activities I knew little or never heard of. Definitely a way to refresh my next visit. So many other Vegas to-do videos use the same well known things. Well done Aly.
I appreciate that you feature things to do outside of the gambling and "adult" sized fun of the city. There's more to Vegas than the gambling, mega hotels and expensive food!!!
Thank you for this great video! Have seen 1000+ vegas vids but you managed to show me new gems! Keep up the great work! Greetings from The Netherlands!
Always plan my Vegas trips with your content. Off the strip is so much a better experience thanks to you. Much love and respect for what you do. Thank you for sharing
Hi there! I'm a HUGE Vegas lover! I just found your channel and WOW! You are awesome! This video is one of the best I've ever seen! Now, I'm for sure have a dedicated follower! I appreciate the hard work you put into your awesome videos!!
Thanks for the video. Looks like you had a great time. Great places to go to. Although I don’t think Grandpaw is going to be able to join the Mile High Club anytime soon!!😂
Wow!!! I definitely need to check out some of those places. My friends and I lately have wanted to do and see more of Vegas other than drink and gamble.
I am planning on moving to Las Vegas by January of 2025 so I really appreciate this video. I live in Reno and I don't gamble. I have no plans to start, so this kind of content really motivates me. I feel excited and look forward to checking out these cool spots for myself.
Wow, I’ve been a local for 16 years, and I do a lot of things, but many things in this video, I’ve never even heard of, or a few I have, but never got the full review. Amazing video!
Thanks so much I lived there for 16 years and didn’t know most of this stuff smh I thought the Lion Habitat was closed. I will check it out when I return this month👍🏽tfs
Thank you for your time and posting. Moving to Henderson next week. Looking to do a lot of things as I am now retired, especially eating out. Thanks again. PS. I think I saw the customer in the red plane puking. :o
Player 1 looks awesome, I'm lucky to have something similar close to home. For the gamer I'd also suggest the Pinball Hall of Fame, I've not been to the new location yet but it's now pretty freaking convenient to get to.
PHOF is included in this video: th-cam.com/video/Y3iDH0jTlJY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=E9xMLt7STFABV_lh (which is one of my most popular vids), so I wanted to include some new things in this one :) and noted on the Death Valley content!
Howdy Aly Smalls, There are a lot of things to see and do in Las Vegas other than gambling. I like Pancakes at Blue Berry Hill. Don't like bacon, pork, ham, crab, lobster, shrimp, and a bunch of other things. For the helicopter, no thank you. Saw their menu. Not many things I could have are on the menu. They don't have potatoes. They give you potato chips instead. Didn't know about the cat cafe. When I go visit Las Vegas I don't drive. Casino Quest at the Fashion Show Mall. $5 table at the Downtown Grand, Jerry's Nugget (when I lived there the minimum bet was $3.00), Ellis Island also has a $5 table. When I lived in Las Vegas Ellis Island didn't have a craps table, but, they had good food. The best tacos I had was in Las Vegas at Taco Bell.
I usually just drink and gamble. I'll take your advice and try out 5 of you suggestions instead: Square bar Millennium Fandom bar player 1 video game bar casino quest atomic liquers
What time of day and what days of the week did you visit these places?? I always think of everything in Vegas being jam packed with people and long lines! I'm going to be going in January and am hoping it's not quite so busy- all the crowds give me a headache 😄
This was filmed over the course of a few different trips and different times a year. January is one of the lowest visited months for Vegas, you should be ok. Have fun!!
I want to add, “lov it’s” frozen custard is very good, but there’s one place that is actually much much better with multiple locations now: Nielsen’s Frozen Custard
Forgotten tips......... Take cash. Wear comfortable shoes and only take the credit card you used to book the Hotel. Destroy it as soon as you are checked in. You can call your CC company and get a replacement normally within 10 days. And these "hidden gems" are nothing but a waste of money!

Bar Code Burgers is one of my favourite places to visit, it's great value and so overlooked as it's just off the strip.
Is there a map of the hidden gems 💎 ... that was a amazing adventures...awesome video 😊
Great video! I always thought I knew so much about what Vegas had to offer but I didn’t know about any of these. Thank you!

I’ve been to Vegas 17 million times and I don’t know about 1/2 of those 👌👍👍
Was taken to Bar Code for my birthday. I can attest to them having one of the very best burgers that I've ever tasted.

Wow!!! I definitely need to check out some of those places. My friends and I lately have wanted to do and see more of Vegas other than drink and gamble.
I feel like someone could spend 2 weeks in Vegas, never be bored and never drink/gamble/hit the strip lol!
Coming to Vegas from the U.K in Nov 24 as part of my "Milestone birthday" celebrations, cannot wait !!

PHOF is fantastic
Wow I got to see a lot of nice places! A lot of TH-camrs just want to film Fremont & the strip
Glad you enjoyed :)
You forgot the Pinball Hall of Fame. Also, I would love to see a Death Valley Vlog from you.

Great Video, very informative!
I wish more recommendations could be made as to fun activities aside from eating drinking
You had me at cat cafe!
Great video
I really enjoyed this! Do they have stoles for the game arcade with the beers by chance?
Cool video, will be in Vegas in October. Just curious, is tipping expected at casino quest, or is paying for the lessons enough?
Hmm...we didn't tip there. I don't think it's expected, but I'm sure it would be appreciated
Please do one more!!
wow you're so gorgeous !! And you're such a nerd couple, love it!
I would like to come to Vegas how about places to stay short term say 3 to 5 days to a longer period say a month. Thank for the video above.
Speed Vegas was a huge Buck List Hit…..drove a Turbo Porsche GT2 around a closed circuit race track (5 laps) all the guy’s thought it was great.
Hi...where do you do your brows and eyelashes? If u do..thx
Nice video
How does this delightful young lady NOT weigh 300 lbs after filming this TH-cam video!!
I usually just drink and gamble. I'll take your advice and try out 5 of you suggestions instead:
Square bar
Millennium Fandom bar
player 1 video game bar
casino quest
atomic liquers

Which one of those mile high club flights did you do Aly? WHICH ONE?!?!?!
Hello. What's the company called for the horse back riding please? Thank you, great video! :D
I'm not sure of the name of the company b/c we booked it through Viator, here's the booking listing: Horseback ride: viator.tp.st/RvIf5EDY
Our Rock n Roll barber shop is right in front of the Square Bar. Tons of rock memorabilia. You should have stopped in. 😃
Get A Haircut 🤘💈🎸✂️
Very cool! Chris says he'll grow his hair out til we can visit you guys!
@@alysmalls Yayyyy! Would love that! ✂️👍🎸💈
I love youuu🥺😅😁🤗
You, and your husband love it here, would you, and, your husband consider moving from Canada here?
Did you go to atomic tours in the nuclear test site?
I want to add, “lov it’s” frozen custard is very good, but there’s one place that is actually much much better with multiple locations now:
Nielsen’s Frozen Custard
Thanks! I'll have to check them out next time
At the New Durango Resorts Hotel and Casino
How did you like it?
Whooooooooooooaaaa!!!
There’s no hidden gems there’s only hidden fees.
Got that right
Vegas is a place where u spend all ur money on overpriced stuff u don’t need to do.
Who said hidden gems were free?
😂😂😂
Great info, any vegetarian places?
I dont like drinking ..and gambling so I guess I love these things too
hope they hve golds gym to begin with
How much you spent for all these hidden gems??
Which ones in particular? This was done over multiple trips
iiibre ❤👈
Rats, Square Bar closed 😞
I follow a couple TH-cam channels on Las Vegas eats. I cannot imagine any of these hosts are at least 500 pounds lol. I could never eat so much.
The horses, the lion and giraffe d doesn’t look happy 😢
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas !
Im a 12 inch
Wow you’re short
For a video about not drinking there sure was a lot of drinking.....haha

And these "hidden gems" are nothing but a waste of money!
Vegas is a really poor city outside of the few luxury resorts on the Strip. The people are poor and old.
They’re all only called “hidden” cause anyone who wants to spend their money in Vegas isn’t trying to go broke on any of these expensive “gems”
Interesting comment lol. Many of the experiences in this video are under $25.
All these activities are gonna cost you thousands of USD, so be prepared to empty out your wallet to have fun in Vegas.
Things to do other than drinking and gambling??? Drugs and hookers. LOL!
