Tom, I really appreciate how you sincerely told him you're so proud of him. When you see someone great, when you know they're gonna hit it out the ball park, tell them. I'm a new agent and this video really gave me a spring forward to build my team. Can't wait to share success!

Awesome Tom and Tim I am jumping on board with Coldwell Banker very shortly. My office only has one team operating in it and I am going to make it my priority to be producing enough volume that will support me in those I decide to bring on. I will be doing it right from the ground up thank you Tom for everything you put out.

Great interview! What I don't understand is the compensation for all of those that are part of the hub and when you bring each on (financially). I have an assistant that is virtually an operations manager (does closing and listing coordination as well) and need to bring another agent in for the lower priced properties that I am not focusing on now. While I understand the division of labor how do you go about doing it without going broke!?!?!!?

Excellent chat with Tim! Tim mentioned checklists and there importance. Check out the book by practicing surgeon Dr. Atul Gawande called the Checklist Manifesto - a great read and a great handbook!

Hey Tom, love the content. Tim's interview with Bill is a MUST watch. I would love if you can address some insight for the luxury agent that is not a part of a team. I'm a solo agent that has been producing between 10M - 15M volume with about 16-20 transactions per year. I would like to hear your thoughts on how to push to the next step and stay competitive. Teams in my area have been declining in attraction, it appears perhaps a small group of top producers could be the answer?

Ross Melby I would start with "what do I want from my business? What level of service do I want to provide? And what lifestyle do I want?" These questions (and more) can be the guide to being solo+1 asst or building a team. Ross, there's lots of options. You're clearly talented. Plot your course. Write your plan and get to it. Here to serve, TF
