thanks a lot for the tutorial! Hint: Never push the bearing on the inner ring. With that the bearing gets damaged. As long the bearing has not to get pushed in deeply, just lay the old bearing on the new one and smoothly hammer it down. For deep seat you would have to grind the old bearing on the other level, so that it does not stay in as well. However this constraint is not given for this motor.
Thanks a lot!. This worked nicely on my Wotdke Frank Water+ (Aludisc is not pressed on axle, but fastend by a 2mm hexagon socket grub screw and leaves a mark on the axle, which needs to be removed, or the bearings won't slide over it. Motorcable is quite long, you need to remove the right side (with the display) anyways, it's laid in a ring there with cable ties, but you can get ~80cm from there to work with the motor still plugged in. Saved me €480 for the motor alone (for the original replacement part).
Hey dude, many thanks for your video, it actually saved me quite a lot of money! I did exactly as you have shown and the smoke extractor became silent again! Big kudos!
Hola, muy bien explicado. Me podrias decir si puedo comprar esa Junta verde finita que va entre las dos chapas? A mi se me rompió cuando la desarme, gracias
I have used SKF 608-2Z/C3GJN bearings, and they are silent and with high temperature grease. I made a test setup with the fan mounted on a workbench and used some old type incandescent lamp, one 15watt and one 25 watt inserted between the 230VAC and the fan, thereby the fan rotated slowly and you can listen for bearing noise. Good luck.

6082 is a very common bearing size, thanks for the video, I have another sort ebm-papst fan but the princible looks the same.
Thank you, geets from Germany

@ Thomas W. Thanks for the tip :)
Saved me 400 euro! Tnx
Thank you for your video)
Ciao grazie per la guida innanzitutto. Che misura di cuscinetti servirebbe ? Non è che potete postarne il link per acquistarli?
Love you man 👍
Thanks for the video! Unfortunately the motor still makes a grinding noise. I've changed the ball bearings twice now. What did i do wrong?

@Joaquin, Thanks for the comment.
I do not know if one can buy the green fiber disc.
Rika Domo? Do you know the reference?
Do you know whats mean 2 last numbers xx of r2e150-an91-xx
Yes, xx is for different connector type for individual brands
